If I could I would not even rate this area at all I wish I could have gotten the name of the lady who was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family 11/04/2024 11:30 AM on a monday....we were excited to try checkers and were visiting G.A so we were pressed for time leaving out to hit the road home so the computer couldn't understand our order so someone helped us with it and immediately it was an unpleasant interaction they kept saying yup yup yup and when I asked could she read the order back to make sure it was correct we had five orders of fries, one 4ct order of cheese sticks, an apple pie,and three sandwiches one sandwich no patty and one sandwich was a combo,and added an extra drink.....we were told to pull to the second window and they didnt give me a total of my order ...I got to the window were handed our food and I payed for extra sauce and all....I pulled in a parking spot to check my food and it was missing one order of fries, an apple pie,and marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks....so i drove back around let them know and the lady said I didn't forget nothing I may have forgotten your sauce but everything else is in the bag I told her I can hand her the bag back and she could check for herself she said no you ate it already and you not getting anything and she asked another employee loudly hey how many fries we put in the bag and said right! i let her know that it was missing items and if it was a problem then i would pay for what was missing because we had to go..... she then threw the marinara sauce inside my car and slammed the drive through window shut and walked off...to the back...it was very unprofessional and by far the works first experienced I had from this location and I couldn't believe it...I would appreciate it if I could speak with someone about this so it won't happen again or just the food that I payed for be refunded...Thank you

Young lady at the window was so pleasant and helpful. She made sure my meal was fresh and everything was to my liking and delivered it with a smile!!!
