Chick-fil-A used to be so fast, especially with mobile orders. Now they have one dedicated lane just for mobile pickup, and sometimes I’m stuck waiting 15-20 minutes for my food while the other lane keeps moving, handing out orders to cars back-to-back. I don’t even use the app anymore now I just order directly with an employee. At this point, it’s the new McDonald’s.

I’m writing this review not for bystanders passing by, but for Chick-fil-A themselves to recognize what a great staff member they have. Nathan Hicks is his name. I never seen so much enthusiasm, even in the kindness of all Chick-fil-A employees I’ve encountered. He’s got the type of spirit that needs to be recognized, his kindness radiated before he even reached my window. Especially during the holiday season? My God, managers cherish him!

I went to the drive through around 6:50am and the boy outside working was so NICEEE AND KIND AND WELCOMING he really made my day 🥹🥹🥹🥹 & kept a positive attitude despite it being cold outside . i pray for nothing but blessings and opportunities for him and this store !!!!!!!!!! keep up the good work

I don’t understand putting an order in online a head of time on the app, just for you to wait 20+ min in line at the restaurant. You can’t cancel your order and leave because there is no exit lane. It’s ridiculous

Food is good, staff are nice BUT the service is so slow. After this morning, I have decided I’m going to have to find somewhere else for breakfast. Once you get in the drive-through line, you can’t get out. I’ve been late for work more than once waiting for breakfast at this location.

The drive thru is consistently inefficient and despite long wait times, orders continue to be missing items. Do not visit the drive thru if you value your time or have somewhere to be. I’ve been sitting in line for over 25 minutes now and I would turn around if I could.
Other Chickfilas seem to have no problem in quickly and efficiently servicing their guests so this is clearly a management issue.

🤮🤮🤮🤮 11/12/25. Absolutely sucked !! My salad for $9.49 was horrible. Look at the pics. Chicfila prices going up quality of food has diminished !!!
Prices going up and food shrinking. It looks like 3 nuggets on a biscuit. It wasn’t good. It was greasy. I bought 12 pack nuggets and they weren’t good either. I felt funky later. Lemonade and hash brown were good. I won’t be back !!! $15.00 for greasy food .
Note- I never had a problem years ago. I was there at their Grand Opening ( A car dealership was where Olive Garden is today.)Never had an issue in all the 20 years eating there. The chicken salad sandwich was my favorite- toasted 👍
