I buy it today at noon and I can't believe, the vegetables have not been clean and the eggs like expired. I will tell my friends and my family, it's horrible. I am so upset.

Drive thru was unorganized. Last two times I’ve been, I’ve had to ask for them to complete my order, provide napkins or a straw. Today I had to request the correct sauce multiple times and when I received my food, it was incorrect. I paid for a 12 count and received an 8 count. Lastly, the person handing me my food, did not acknowledge me at all and said nothing to me.

If you are in this area, I recommend going to the chick fil a on 78. It’s worth the extra drive for better customer service.

This was my first time coming to this location and wanted to order dine in. When my food was brought out it was in bags and sealed as if it was a door dash order. The team lead apologized but gave bad attitude afterwards. We realized we were missing a med fruit cup and I decided to go ask for it. As I asked a team member for the item this team leader responded “ anything else ?” With an attitude . As I walked to my seat another customer had issues with booth seats being covered in mayo. She asked the female Hispanic team leader (who was the same one who attended me ) if she could get someone to wipe the booth down. The team lead said yes but as she turned around she rolled her eyes and let out a sigh. Sadly I will not be going to this location again. I understand being a team lead regards more work pressure but they are expected to set the role for the team members. Regardless of how the shift is going we have to treat our guests with respect :(

I’m a regular customer but disappointed with my recent delivery experience. One item was missing from my order, and when I tried to call the store to address the issue, their mailbox was full, making it impossible to leave a message. Since I used rewards points towards this item, delivery services can't reolve the issue.

It’s frustrating when there’s no way to resolve a problem quickly. I hope Chick-fil-A improves their communication and delivery accuracy.

We went through the drive-thru for our mobile order pick up. It was a bit of a wait, but the food was good. Two of the cups, however, had issues. One was leaking, spilling the milkshake. We put it in a bag. Then catastrophe. The other, as you can see, the bottom gave way, spilling and messing up the car. We got some help from staff and the drinks replaced.
