August 15, 2025 (between 12 & 1pm): These workers are the most warm and friendly staff I've ever encountered. I will go out of my way to come here instead of any other Chick-fil-A. Highly, highly recommend! Best service, best food.
Today is 8/4 I'm just trying to u understand the purpose of the person at the intercom outside. The people are slower than using the actual intercom... sometimes they seem to not understand..I asked for a meal and they kept asking the same questions.. plus why are they soooo slow in the morning...I thought he point of a limited menu was to be quick... now I'm trapped in the line and late.. even the mobile order line is slow. This location is really going downhill.
Update**** will i went this morning Ave the cashier tried to argue with me about ny drink order. What happened to the amazing customer service over the years? My receipt clearly says sweet tea and the lady kept saying no. Also, I noticed the the managers are clearly not reviewing the reviews because the service has not improved. I'm not sure of the breakfast routine, but it sucks!!! All the workers outside drinking while the line is backed up into the street... and why do they accept money in the lane in the afternoon... but not in the morning!! This is the worst location no matter what time you come, something is wrong.. and then they block you in so you can't get out I. Case you don't want to wait 15 minutes in line.

Got in before the lunch rush ordered a combo, they brought out my food and said they would be right back with my drink. Well I had to ask for it after I finished my meal. Disappointed

I had such a great experience thanks to Nathan! His service was top-tier friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. You could tell he really cares about people, not just the job. His positive attitude was contagious, and his faith shined through in the way he carried himself with humility and joy. It’s rare to come across someone who serves with such purpose. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!

Whoever they have out in the drive thru @ 6:30am on the 4th July…PROTECT HIM AT ALL COST!!! I’m pregnant and was craving chick fila breakfast but hated that I had to make the 15 min drive, but he made it so worth it! Amazing morning energy with affirmations and just lifted my spirits, literally!! Love him🫶🏻

One of the best. They get you through the drive thru very quickly.
It is Chick-fil-A so of course it is great, but the drive-thru set up is a mess. People blick the mobile lane and makes the wait way longer than it needs to be. Seriously look at improving the drive-thru entrance to allow eaoer access yo both lanes.

Dine in area was very dirty no tables were clean a lot of trash under the tables. I asked for somebody to clean a table for me brought wipes to the table and said ooooo You want me to clean it. Ummm yes please They wiped it down and didn’t even pick up the kids table toppers that were there from the family before us very disappointed…

Update from 1st review which was 2 years ago… The restaurant is not the same anymore looking at the pictures you can tell that the latest hasn’t been cleaned and it’s withered and old in the corner and the sandwich is also missing a tomato. It comes with two they only put one I receive no condiments either after specifically telling the worker the condiments that I wanted. Great service and food as all ways. Never any complaints l.
