Aman is the best!!

Trash ass chick-fil-a slow service and all I ordered was a simple sandwich and chips but had to wait over 15 minutes while everyone else was served promptly and my order was put together last minute and didn’t get napkins nor my mobile order receipt.

The last 2 times my family and I have come in, Kay, has made our experience magical! She is so personable, attentive, and helpful! She lights up the dinning room and makes every customer feel like they’re the only ones here!

Slowest Chick Fil A drive thru I’ve ever been to and the food was not fresh. The chicken biscuit was a miniature size. My egg and cheese biscuit was bigger than the chicken biscuit but both were not hot. I also told the order taker twice to add an orange juice and he still didn’t add it. Had to ask for a straw for my lemonade and nobody asked if I wanted jelly. This food was not cheap. I’m not sure what’s going on with this particular location but I won’t be back!

I love coming to this Chick-fil-A! Recently, my experience has only gotten better. The team members always seem happy and cheerful while working together and that makes me feel good about eating here! They are always so fast and the food is great! The bad reviews must not understand how the business works, but as someone who has worked at Chick-fil-A in the past, they do everything right! Thank you Chick-fil-A!

i am very disappointed with my experience at this Chick Fil A i went in line to order my food like I do at every Chick Fil A, this time I used Apple Pay because I never used it before and I wanted to try it to see how it works. The guy took my name my order and I paid then I went to drive to the window. I waited behind a couple of cars I slowly started seeing Chick Fil A workers walking pass me to give orders to customers who ordered after me... I thought it was strange at first but i didnt say anything but i got all the way to the window I still saw the workers giving food to people who paid and ordered after me and i was slowly starting not to see any cars behind me and i ordered way before them and All I ordered was a 5 count kids meal! The employees keep looking at me then walked pass me to give the food to another person who was behind me .. I even at one point heard them laughing everytime they did it. I felt like they were being racist and only doing it because I was black. I am completely upset because I have never had this experience at a chick fil a .. I was very sad and almost cried ... I asked to speak to the manager and a lady wearing the same thing as all the other workers came to talk to me and apologized I dont even think she really the manager but she apologized and told me she put a medium fry in my bag for the inconvenience ... but this is something that needs to be heard it is 2024 and no one should be treated bad because of the color of their skin. I am a very nice lady and I was very nice and waited patiently I should not have been over skipped like that.

Was in line for about 20-30 but that’s expected when you go to Chick-fil-a my food wasn’t hot not even warm at all. Prob won’t go back to this location because even when i go to another location and stand in line for that amount of time my food is still fresh and hot. Please do better chick-fil-a
