Ordering online sucks give u any food. Pay the same price in person and give u dog shit amount. And employees in the back just talking and not even working

After a four-hour drive today, I stopped here to order food. But the guy sitting at the front desk had a very rude attitude. And when I asked about the food, he said we didn't have fresh food and that the food was one day old. And his attitude was very bad! Very disappointed.

I went to order a bowl, large chips and queso. I ended up leaving the bowl as I was told if I put my sour cream on the side I had to pay extra. The chips were stale. Why pay extra for something that is included in the price. I need to warm my food when I get home and it isn't safe to warm sour cream. I'm never returning to chipotle.

They always get our orders wrong! It is so frustrating to go to a place and get the order wrong almost every single time! The food would be great if they would put the chicken into the kids chicken taco meal and the service would be better if they actually cared and did something about it when you called to tell them about it.

She was working so fast and put small portion of chicken, and refused to add more, they wanted to charge me more.

The food had no seasoning the portions that were handed small and during the ordering it felt like they were rushing too much even though there was no line and the chicken had no seasoning. I’m extremely disappointed in this chipotle in particular and I like chipotle but not this location I do not recommend

We drove 25 minutes to get to this location. They close at 10 . They were turning customers around. They were out of chicken, steak, rice, beans, lettuce and just about everything else. It is ran by a bunch of teens who thought it was funny for the business to be losing money. They advised they stop cooking at 8pm and turn off grills per company policy. If you look at the cameras, you will see how many people were turned around. I easily spend over $100 for a family of 5. I am disappointed in the lack of service.

I just walked out without my order as the service is so horrible. Zero greeting when you walk in. There were four people out front, I was the ONLY customer in line. My first item was a regular burrito. The second would have been a bowl. I asked for plain white rice, no cilantro (something that is always available as my children don't eat cilantro). One of the servers proceeded to tell me "we will do it this time, but when it's busy we don't do that." I don't usually go to this location because of the low reviews and I certainly see why. I asked why he needed to say that as it's never been told to me and never been an issue before. YEARS of eating Chipotle. He rolled his eyes and stomped off to the back. At this point I didn't want to patronize this establishment and certainly wasn't comfortable with him handling my food out of sight. I will NEVER return and I can see why it was empty at 12:45pm (prime lunch time). There are far too many options on Scenic Hwy to deal with such poor customer service.

My family and I just left from Chipotle and this young man, Kaleb, had the worst customer service EVER! This is not the first time that I have come in and he acted like we’re getting on his nerves and for that, today I had time. I don’t know what his problem is, or if he thinks it’s cute to ignore people and not give them a smile when they’re being pleasant to him but it’s NOT and this young man needs to get some more training. Don’t treat customers like that EVER!!!

What ever happened to making your customers happy? What happened to brand standards? I’ve been eating Chipotle since it opened. I always get a fresh lime because I absolutely need it to enjoy my bowl and every Chipotle I’ve ever went to has them in the fridge with the salad dressing. However today at this location Caleb decided I didn’t deserve to have a good experience if it meant he had to go to the back to cut me a lime. I explained my experience would not be a good one without it but he couldnt care less about my experience and didn’t not go get me a lime even after the line was gone. I dined in by the way. Spent $20 on a bowl and didn’t even enjoy it. Think I will give Chipotle a break after this. Very tired of spending my money with establishment who couldnt care less about my experience.
