Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am a chipotle eaten machine and by far this is the worst chipotle ever every single time I ordered delivery. My order is messed up. It’s either missing ingredients or not my order at all.
Well today they decided to add ingredients that was not on the list and it’s actually a damn allergy of mine

I am beyond pissed off and all they can do is give me a free entrée, but I’m sitting here starving working waiting for my damn food!!
I am over and I can’t even get in touch with a manager because everything is Tele prompt

People are friendly but their food needs a lot of work. Rice isnt always good well and can be hard at times. They always skimpy with how much meat and rice they put in your bowl or tortilla. Sour cream was water down last time as well

It was very good and the ambience was amazing and the food was great and it made me very happy and pleasant

I went with my family to have a good lunch. But the service of the old guy that was prosing the food and the lady that was in the register, they had super bad attitude with us. I don’t know if they had problems or what, but the customer service of them makes my taste for the food feels not attractive.

I asked for double rice he gave me double chicken which I did not ask for, then got upset when I said don’t charge me for double chicken. Then when the guy was making my bowl he was like “this is just for you” and then laughed. What are you trying to say? The lady that rang my food up was also rude to my friend. She came up to her thinking she placed a mobile order, and asked what’s the name for the order and my friend didn’t even finish her sentence to tell her that she was just waiting for me, she walked away. I understand it might have been a long day and it’s almost closing time (10:38pm) but please if I am being nice and respectful to you why can’t you do the same for me ? The male had braces and was brown skin, and the girl was brown skin and wore glasses.

Ordering online sucks give u any food. Pay the same price in person and give u dog shit amount. And employees in the back just talking and not even working

Found plastic in my chicken bowl and almost choked. Last time there.

After a four-hour drive today, I stopped here to order food. But the guy sitting at the front desk had a very rude attitude. And when I asked about the food, he said we didn't have fresh food and that the food was one day old. And his attitude was very bad! Very disappointed.

I went to order a bowl, large chips and queso. I ended up leaving the bowl as I was told if I put my sour cream on the side I had to pay extra. The chips were stale. Why pay extra for something that is included in the price. I need to warm my food when I get home and it isn't safe to warm sour cream. I'm never returning to chipotle.

3/5/25 - was hoping this place changed but it hasn't.

They always get our orders wrong! It is so frustrating to go to a place and get the order wrong almost every single time! The food would be great if they would put the chicken into the kids chicken taco meal and the service would be better if they actually cared and did something about it when you called to tell them about it.
