Cloud 9 Tea & Snack Bar

This was the closest boba tea near me so I decided to give it a try. I walked in around 2:30pm and there was no customer. I ordered a Thai tea ice blended with boba and a pina colada ice blended. The Thai tea have no taste. The flavor was very bland. The boba was sticky chewy, not soft chewy. The pina colada taste like overdue/spoil mango. I thought pina colada was supposed to be creamy white, but I got an orange color.

So I got a strawberry smoothie with Tapioca Boba. In the smoothie there were HUGE chunks of ice and the Boba was tasteless, DO NOT come here it is a waste of money

Worst boba shop ever, the tapioca is not good it wasn't cooked enough and the milk tea wasn't good.

Online it says they close at 9pm on SAT. In person It says 11 Pm on SAT. Yet I pulled up before 8:40 and they girl had turn the lights off and put a closed sign up. Why do kids do this. Just because that what time you close that’s not what time you start cleaning up. I also called and no one would answer the phone. This was on 5/29/21

The service wasn’t the worst but also not the best. i got thai milk tea with tapioca pearls but the tapioca has no flavor whatsoever. the tea itself has ok flavor but as a person who has a family managing fast food, the service could be better. Simple things like greeting when someone comes in, look like u wanna work there, etc.

bad quality tapioca pearls, the drinks don’t really taste good. i ordered for the family and the drinks made us all have a stomach ache.the place gave me weird vibes from the moment i walked in, the place looks ran down. shame.

I love bubble tea, is the ONLY reason I frequent this location.But, I believe the owner is overcharging customers randomly. I ordered the same teas but when she's there the cost is seems higher oppose to when she's not there. She always has a reason but I stop wasting my time questioning her.And, the majority of the time the bubbles are not properly cooked and they run out of the tapioca balls.

The worst boba tea I ever had in entire my life. Very uncultured! Boba is tasteless and undercook. Growing up having milk tea almost every day, I have so much respect for this traditional drink and this place is HORRIBLE. Please don’t go there!

If you’re looking for boba/bubble tea go anywhere else. This place was terrible. Worst boba I’ve ever had. You’d be better off buying boba on Amazon and making it yourself. The flavor was terrible. The tapioca balls were undercooked and flavorless. They need to step their game up.

Everything was too sweet. Not asian workers so they did a lot of it wrong. The Taro was reworked so the flavor was gone.

Had the Worst avocado milk tea ever! Doesn't taste avocado at all. I knew it!!! Color was very weak like they put milk, water, sugar and ice and they called it avocado milk tea? If you want milk tea go anywhere else! Not worth it!!!

Boba tea is disgusting. I rather drive 20 min to duluth to the many boba tea cafes out there than here. Too much creamer and 3 pieces of ice.

Their Boba is too good.
