At 1:58 AM, I brought an elderly couple to Cook Out for a simple chili hotdog combo. Instead, we stumbled into what felt like an episode of ‘Kitchen Nightmares: After Dark.’ The cashier greeted us with all the charm of a tax audit, and before we could even explain the order, two more employees joined in like a tag-team roast battle. My passenger was spoken to with open hostility, I got called a name I can’t repeat in polite company, and the whole thing was less “fast food” and more “fast feud.”
Management — your hiring process needs some serious quality control, and your dress code? Let’s just say edges should not be moonlighting as eyebrows.

I ordered a buger without cheese. Onions, lettuce, mustard and ketchup. I told the clerk no cheese. They remade the burger with cheese, again! And pickles. I didn't notice. Now I am going to be sick all nite.

I gave 4 stars because they forgot to give me my drink. This has happened a few times at Cookout. if you’re going to the window at cookout, make sure you get your drink before you drive off.

I love this cookout and the people that work there. They are always very nice and fast. But… like clockwork everytime I go to the drive-thru they forget one part of my order. Tonight is the 4th time in a row they forgot to put fries in the bag for part of my order.Before that it was quesadilla 3-4 times in a row as well. I have brought this up at the establishment itself in person but nothing has changed. Please check your order when dining here.

The food is great but the girl at the window taking orders is rude af , she rushes you to take your order. Every time we come we have a constant battle of no one answering on intercom after she gives us a total . Then we politely ask to add something because there’s no cars behind us and she rudely rejects it and tells us to come around or go to the outside window . She has a nasty attitude all the time 😡 if she don’t like her job she should just quit , you work in customer service .

I will not be returning to this location. The service is horrible. You can't even say what you want without being cut off by the person taking your order. Then when they get the order wrong they want to argue with you about what you didn't order. Although the order was wrong the food was ok.

Today around 10PM I stop by and try to order from the outside window but it was closed so I waited a little bit until I saw someone with their phone out, so I knock and she didn’t hear me or ignored me. So then she just leaves the area and PASSED by the window where I was waiting, not even a glance at all ?.
Eventually, I guess a total 4 people passed and one of was even walking towards the window, if ordering through there is not an option for a reason (which I could’ve been told about because I did order through there before) the employees could have said something but acted like ignorants and kept on with what they are doing.
The visit has been positive to date.
