So cheap to feed the family here! Love the trays because you can try a little of everything. Also, one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had, and probably one of the best fast food experiences too. This location is clean and close to some nice shopping.

I've been to this place three times. Every time they have gotten my order wrong. The first 2 I got the food at the drive through and didn't realize until I got home. Today I dined in and when it was wrong again I went to the front to correct it. A few minutes later they brought out a new burger that was also wrong. At this point I've given up on eating here. Cook Out has been my favorite fast food place everywhere I've lived until now. Never going back.

I can't for the life of me understand how a burger joint can so consistently fail to assemble burgers. Drive thru orders have been botched 3 out of 3 visits over the past 6 months or so. Clearly the management team isn't running things well and the staff can't be trusted on their own to perform. I've even called and spoken with management in the past about screwed up orders.
Most recent plain double cheeseburger was given to us as follows: Meat only halfway on the bun. Meat hard and overcooked. Patty #2 broke on the grill (probably because it was a dried out puck) and instead of trying to assemble it as a patty or, you know, just giving me a complete patty that I paid for, the staff decided to just smash the broken loose pieces of the patty between the buns.
Plain double cheeseburger before that came with.... all the condiments on it. How do you screw up a plain cheeseburger?
One final point, two inch long fingernails have no business on ANYONE working in the food service industry. On several occasions the cashiers have had nails so long they couldn't even properly handle money.

This location USED to be decent. Never had an issue with an order, friendly staff; really liked coming here. Most everything about this location has gone downhill. We went to the drive thru last night (12/17) and was immediately greeted by someone on the speaker who was trying to rush us through ordering like she was trying to win a race. Part of the order consisted of 2 trays that both included 2 hot dogs. All 4 of the hot dogs were ordered the same way - chili, mustard, and onion. We pulled up to the window to find 2 young ladies standing on the other side playing beauty parlor, as one was continuously combing the others hair right there in the midst of everything - food being passed by them and drinks/shakes being made - all while that comb seemed to be the only thing working between the two of them. I'm not even sure if the young lady with her hands on the others' hair washed her hands if she decided to go back to doing her actual job after that because we were given our order and left the window. Upon checking our order, NONE of the 4 hotdogs were correct. While they did all have chili, NONE of them had mustard, and only 1 of them had what I can only assume was ALL of the onions that were supposed to be on the 4 collectively. It's a shame that there are people out there that actually NEED and WANT to work and you have careless, inconsiderate, unsanitary people employed just standing around doing whatever and getting that check. DO BETTER! It's really not that difficult to read and make it right the first time... Well, if you're actually doing your job it isn't.

Workers are so so rude at this location, went twice within a few days and they messed up both orders and cut me off in the drive through when I was ordering and said to pull forward. Will definitely never go back here.
The food was fantastic. That's the only good thing I have to say. Girl at the counter with broken taped glasses should not be interacting with customers. She started calling out the orders over the intercom before we were even done placing them, so she missed 1 of the milkshakes with our trays. I told her we had asked for a milkshake and instead of just putting in the order and me paying the difference, she proceeds to argue with me. Tells me that we didn't order a shake, it goes back and forth, she then tells me she was going to give me the shake for free but now I have to pay? I was trying to pay from the beginning. She then rings it up and demands $5 from me. I tell her no, it should only be $1.50 as if added to the tray in the combo, like I've been trying to do the whole time. She storms of screaming for someone to come deal with me and then loudly threatening me as she walked to the back. The manager, I'm assuming, came to the register and wasn't much better. I told her I don't appreciate being threatened by her employees then she rudely cut me off to ask what the problem was. I told her the issue with the shake and the girl at the register. She rang up the shake and also tried to charge me $5. Had to explain to her as well that it should only be $1.50 as if added to the tray like it should've been. I pay for the shake. No apologies or anything from her. We get our food, it was delicious surprisingly, but there was no where to sit. Even though the restaurant was empty, every table was dirty, food and trash all over the floor, old spills all down the front of the drink machine. No customer service and filthy location, will be sticking to the others. I still can't believe the cashier wanted to threaten me over a milkshake.

I've only ever gotten food from their drive-thru. I think their burgers are better than other popular drive-thru places. Good chicken tenders. Good onion rings. Lousy french fries! Good milkshakes, and a great variety of flavors! Very good value for the price!
