I have not been able to get a correct order at this store! Always something missing in my take out order! The biscuits are awful ,flat and not good. Today they left out 2 orders of turnips! Everyone talks about the food being bad ! You would think they could get it right sometimes!

My wife and I ate breakfast and we had a great experience because of your staff, specially Cherry, she is amazing!! Understanding that the line in the kitchen was backed up because of the volume that day, so our food was cold but Cherry was able to remedy that for us. Thank you Cherry!!

Friends stay away from this location!
Stopped by this Cracker Barrel last week on a Sunday about 2pm. Used the app so our seating wait wasn't long. The restaurant was not at full capacity as it can be on the weekend.
Unfortunately, not only did we wait 45 minutes for our appetizers but then the server and manager came out to tell us they ran out of chicken.
This location is poorly run, messy and dirty.

When we were finally seated by a server bc the hostess was busy eating.... he sat us in an area that did not have a server assigned to it! Finally one very nice guy checked on us and became our server. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name because he was great! We ordered the 2 can dine for $19.99. Picked the onion petals as our shareable they were over cooked but edible. I chose the chicken and dumplings with as little chicken as possible and our server made that happen. I also got the carrots and pinto beans. Sad to say the pinto beans were so undercooked that they weren't edible so sent them back and they microwave them until the bowl was smoking but still the beans were hard. My friend got the sampler for an additional $2 meatloaf and fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. He said the meatloaf had changed and not for the better bc it was loaded with green and red peppers that's all he could taste. He did enjoy the chicken but wished he had gotten gravy over it like his potatoes. He ate the green beans but did they sure didn't compare to Texas Roadhouse. The w visits were Rock hard but the cornbread was OK. The atmosphere was pretty quiet bc there were only 3 other tables and I'm glad we were sat far away from the fireplace because it was putting it was putting out a very unpleasant gas smell due to no wood on it. I did find several great deals on clearance Halloween items. Will we go back to eat? Doubtful... will I check the Christmas clearance? For sure!

This has been my go-to location for Cracker Barrel over the years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to be going downhill.

Noisy as always, but as expected in a large crowded room. Almost no waiting to get in.Fasr, excellent service from the wait staff. Even assisted when we asked to pay anonymously for a police officer nearby.

I ordered Cracker Barrel take out today. I got their country fried steak, eggs, and the loaded hash brown casserole.
The eggs were entirely flavorless, the hash brown was so heavily coated in salt that I’m going to need to make an appointment with my cardiologist.
The country fried steak, if we can even call it that, was absolutely putrid. The plastic bag my food came in might have been closer to meat than the country fried “steak”. I can feel my insides rotting away as I type this.
The only upside is that I’m no longer hungry, not because my meal satisfied that need but because I now feel so sick I don’t think I’ll need to eat for the rest of the day, maybe even the week.
The only positive of my meal was the biscuits that come with it. Probably because it’s virtually impossible to ruin whatever boxed mix they use for that.
I wouldn’t recommend eating here, drive 20 extra minutes to eat breakfast Sisters or just skip breakfast all together. Both options would be better than eating here.

Usually I love this Cracker Barrel but today was Friday at 10am my server was Carmen she was extremely rude. I asked for a water and biscuits and she literally slammed my plate down. When I was ready to place my food order I had questions she spoke very low and seemed to be extremely agitated I asked for the manager who she never got and by the time she brought my food out it was extremely cold. I was very outdone with this visit it’s never bad but she really made me reconsider ever going back
