It was a great time. I choose it to celebrate my daughters 10 th birthday. She had a blast. She dance, eat and have so much fun with her friends. Great service. Totally recommend. A beautiful and save place. Thank you to all the team.

I ordered 2 slushies, the min it came out, one was a normal milk tea, told them right away but their policy is zero return they would not fix it even though its their fault. Why should i order another one base on their stupid policy. Even tho I paid for it, I left it there. Id rather go down the street to Kung foo tea. Never will come here again. They lost a customer, it might not matter but it matters to me.

As a fellow local business, my staff and I often order food to go from Cuckoo's in Snellville. Today there was a misunderstanding about making 1 of 4 orders "mild" in spice. After returning with our food we realized all of them were spicy. I returned to the store asking for the associate to remake the 3 orders without any spice and the owner REFUSED. There was 1 piece of food tasted from what was supposed to be the non-spicy orders. How else would we know they were spicy!!! We were told because we "ate" from the food they would NOT remake the food THEY messed up! Yet they offered to REFRY the food they say we ate from!!! The lack of customer service today was ridiculous. We are stuck with food that is not edible and Cuckoo's lost several customers! We won't be returning.

I was going into this expecting this to be one of your average, hipster "weeb trap" spots like most boba shops in the US. However, I am delighted to say they very much proved me wrong.
Even just walking in, the atmosphere is PRISTINE. I haven't been in a café this nice since Sweet Brown Suga in Rosebud. Everything is so confortable, especially the lounge. Of course, their boba and slushes are good, and they even have some Taiwanese food, including Taiwanese chicken nuggets, which are some of the best chicken nuggets/popcorn chicken I've had in a long time.
Cuckoo's Café really seems like it would be a wonderful place to go often. Definitely the best boba place in Atlanta, even better than Gong Cha/Kremo and King Kong Milk Tea in Morrow-- And that's because it's so much more than JUST a boba place. I'll definitely be coming back.

The food is overall good but the drinks taste like soap and the tapioca pearls are hard and not good.

Looked a little campy for me but I was doing some in the building and had to look in their kitchen and in the almost 30 years I've been plumbing they have the cleanest kitchen I have ever been in. So I ate the lunch and it was all fantastic!
