Place is located in nice area and they have good food & music selection. However, bartender shown in the pic is absolutely bad & so rude. She is extremely offensive & ignores you. She is so biased against new customers and frankly against black folks. I have seen this in two different instances when it was crowded and not busy nights. She even told customers to not come back since you guys have been coming in & out a lot. Who is she to dictate how many times can someone come in & out? It is a bar not court. Either she needs to be re-trained or find another job. People shouldn’t tolerate her low class customer service & attitude. My final suggestion is for management to take care of this case but they kept ignoring this situation and find excuses for her to stink the customer service & brand. End result will be customers fleeing to other places. Avoid this place if you are new, care about customer service & care how you want to be treated.
If you’re black I highly do NOT recommend. The building is nice and could be the perfect atmosphere but it’s 2022 and they’re still extremely racist. I was served cold wings and when I wanted the wings corrected they called the manager, stood around and mocked me. I then tried to talk to the manager myself because I was still hungry and he put his hand in my face to shut me up and dismissed me. I paid my tab and was headed out the door. A couple of patrons could see the way I was being treated and the look of disgust on my face they spoke some positive words to me on my way out and he came running towards me, he told them not to talk to me and followed me out the door. While I’m still walking trying to get to my car I felt threatened because he cussed at me and held his hand on his hip as if he had a gun and was going to shoot me. Idk what it was that he was holding onto. It looked as if it were mace or a gun. Either way it was uncalled for. Sadly I won’t be patronizing there anymore, it’s unfortunate because it’s right up the street from my house.
