I went here tonight after a long week of work, and I get home with my food go to unwrap my burger and there is mold that looks like an entire eco system is living on the bun! I called del taco and was told to no only bring my receipt and the picture below but also to hold onto the only thing I had to get tonight with my last 12 dollars and look at the moldy burger in my empty that was requested to be brought in the morning, as if I want a replacement burger on a Saturday n my first off for the week! So I will be requesting my money back instead and del taco I hope you see this review in real time! Love no longer a fan!

Ordered the Epic Grilled Chicken Fresh Guacamole Burrito. What I got was six 1/4" pieces of wet chicken. I guess they thought tripling up on the beans would make up for it. Also, I'm pretty sure the pitiful dollop of quacamole had gone off. I've never had this garbage service from a del taco before, as they are usually a step above in their quality and freshness compared to other places. Sad to see the bar lowered to that level.

made an online order and there are missing items. i called the store and no one picked up.
I frequent this location because it's close to my house. I usually go at night because that's when I'm getting off from work. The staff is ALWAYS UNNECESSARILY RUDE. Drive thru staff has a nasty attitude and it's not appreciated when I'm spending my money. They act like I asked for their first born child and all we want is tacos. I always just take my food and go on but this has really gotten out of hand. When you ask for the receipt, he makes sure to give you the closed check receipt without the survey at the bottom. I will be driving 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this location going forward. I will certainly not EVER recommend this location. I never write surveys about stuff like this because I managed a couple restaurants before and I get it...some days are more annoying than others. But this has gotten ridiculous!!
Came to this location and had 2 separate orders. Paid and received 2 bags with one item missing from the 1st order and 3 items missing from the second order. The guy (name of employee on the receipt was Adam) at the window became extremely rude and abrupt just from us simply asking for the items we ordered and paid for. A woman came from the back and said everything was in the bag. When we tried giving the bags back so they can look for themselves they refused. He kept saying everything is in the bag but once he said I don’t know why y’all are doing all this, we immediately asked for a full refund. He slammed the window and disappeared. We sat there and waited 5 minutes for him to return. He then was on the phone with who I presumed as a manager who had to walk him through a refund of which he had to give us a cash refund. This place is the absolute pit of hell as far as customer service. I do not believe it is unreasonable to simply ask for missing items from a very simple order. To argue with a customer and not check the bag for yourself is utterly ridiculous!!!
