Ordered a stuff crust, pepperoni pizza for my 12 year old son. Being a pizza lover, even he couldn’t stomach it. The sauce appeared sour and pepperoni tasted spoiled. Definitely a “one and done” for us.

Disappointing Experience at the Wisteria Dominos
I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but my recent experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order online for pickup and arrived at the store 50 minutes after and with a surprise my order was not even processed Even worse, when I asked about the status, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any solution.
In the end, the staff didn’t take any responsibility for the delay or the lack of service. It’s frustrating to spend so much time and money on a service that doesn’t prioritize its customers.
I would advise others to be cautious when giving this location your business, as the customer service here is severely lacking.

When I called them because wrong order delivered they told me wait for 1min and they hold the phone for 30min when I back to shop I see the phone on the table but they are not busy it's bad experience.

My pizza box had hair inside of it. I didn't see until I lifted the pizza up to place it inside of a container to eat later. I contacted the local store, spoke to someone that stated that I had to return the pizza today and that he couldn't do anything for me tomorrow since there is too much traffic today and I advised him that it is his fault that I'm having this conversation with him.
In addition, I like thin crust but not slightly burnt or cracker crust. I will probably never return to this location again.

I really wish I could give zero stars. Placed order online, watched until it said ready then left my house. I get to location and employee is finishing up two other pizzas and boxing. I waited patiently, not rushing the situation. He then started looking for my order and realized they never even made it. I'm not sure why you would update online to say finished and you haven't even started my order. The guy says unfortunately it didn't get made, we got busy, give me 10-15 minutes and it will be ready. I said ok, no issue, I understand. I went back out to car to wait. Came back in 18 minutes later and got my pizza. I said since I was inconvenience can I have a little discount, the guy says I can only give you a free drink, I explained I don't drink soda so that's not ok with me. I would have taken the amount the drink cost off my pizza bill or anything else he would have offered, but it was nonchalant and he said yeah the card machine is ready for your payment. I said can you provide some type of discount since I basically waited 40 minutes for this pizza. He said I told you I can only give you a free drink. I said ok and left the pizza there. I have decided this year I will not let anybody play in my face, so they can keep pizza and energy that created pizza because in this day my time is expensive and you waisted it, so you won't get my time and my money to build your company with messed up customer service. So you lose the same thing...your time making the pizza and the money for ingredients used. The only way your company thrives is because of customers, fix the experience, so people will not drive 7 min to another location, cause it's that close and every place is a different franchise owner. The difference between one making 7 figures and the other barely making 5 figures is the way you treat people. That's it, That's All.

What a disappointing excuse for a pizza
This Dominos has always performed well. I reccomend checking your pizza before you leave the drive in ndow. Nobody is perfect. We need to appreciate these folk who make our pizza. Thanks Dominos!

I ordered and picked up a chicken spinach Alfredo. The pizza was so nasty where it was soggy and under cooked. I called the store to let them know so they do not continue to make the same mistake. CAMERON the manager was rude to me. Bad customer service.
They take forever with everything … emploueees on phone 24:7 THIS IS THE EASOEST JOB ANYOKE CAN HAVE AND THEY STILL CANT DO IT ?? Making hand tossed pizza with no gloves while they touch each other and their phones , this place it’s disgusting .

I been here a few times . One day they took way too long making my pizza and discounted me because it was like a hour waiting and so busy they gave out my order. Next it was going experience. But they are super ghetto cursing and worker sitting on tables. But I guess

I am sharing my recent experience at your location, which unfortunately was quite disappointing.
I used the drive-through to pick up my order, and the staff informed me that my food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. I decided to park and go inside to wait for my order. Upon entering, I noticed that my name was displayed on the screen indicating that my order was ready. However, when I approached the register, the staff member told me that my food was not ready, contradicting what I saw on the screen.
When I pointed this out, the employee responded dismissively, saying it was not his responsibility to manage the screen and suggested I contact corporate if I had an issue. I found his attitude to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially in a customer service setting. When I expressed my concern about his attitude, he remarked that I shouldn’t tell someone in America who prepares my food how to act, which I found entirely inappropriate.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I expected better service and communication. Unfortunately, this incident has made me reluctant to return to this location in the future.
I hope you can address this issue, as I believe it is important for all customers to feel valued and respected. He also stated that this was his establishment and that he had the right to refuse service. While I understand that employees have the authority to manage their establishment, I believe that it should be done with respect and professionalism. Raising his voice and speaking to me in an unacceptable manner was completely unwarranted and further contributed to my negative experience.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates a hostile environment for customers. As a result, I am not returning to this location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving customer service standards. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect.
