Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and all 5 had issues. Between burned pizzas and huge bubbles all over, they are almost inedible. Also ordered marinara cups, and these were not delivered. The bubbly pizza has been a recurring problem for several orders at this point. I contacted both the local store, who said I could come to the store and get new pizzas (after waiting 45 minutes), and corporate. Hopefully I get a refund this time.

Sebastian shouldn’t be managing anything. I walked in to an empty restaurant minus the employees. After standing ther a few minutes, I said “customer walked in people.” They looked up, stil no greeting. When I mentioned that it’s customary to greet customers, he said sorry we are a little busy. I asked if he understood that he’s busy because they have customers. Would you rather NOT have customers? He replied “You can leave.” I asked for the manager, of course he was the manager. I asked for the owner or GMs name, he said he didn’t know. I’m frequent that location frequently, but not again. I’m sure the owner would feel differently… hopefully.

Find another Dominos to go to!!!!! Customer service here is a -0… my 73-year-old mother was picking up a Pizza and when she got there, the pizza was not what she asked for. It was very dry with hardly any sauce and when she said something to them about it, two young ladies in there told her they could not remake the pizza. How is this customer service? They told her they could just refund the money back instead of making her a new pizza so again, how is that pleasing your customer? Mind you I had just had an amazing experience with Pizza Hut where there was one thing wrong with my Pizza and the manager immediately told me don’t worry about it and she remade the pizza with no questions asked. That is amazing customer service!!!! The young ladies inside of this Dominos on Highway 124 were very nasty to my mother and did not care to please the customer and when they heard me go off over the phone they snapped on my mom saying we can’t serve an irate customer mind you I’m not the customer my mother was. I was upset about how they were handling her so again not worth spending your money at this place please find another Dominos to spend your money at…TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. Walk in pleasant. No “welcome to dominoes.” No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you.” All three people just kept doing what they were doing and absolutely no customer service. We left.

Just spent $60 ordering 3 medium pizzas for delivery which is fine as we order from them often, but today the pizzas were the size of my hand, certainly not the normal medium size even though the box(which is obviously a new style/design) says medium. Called the store and they told me it’s smaller because the dough was probably fresh which caused it to shink in the oven and that they haven’t changed their sizing 😂 like please! The box was obviously tiny as well. Wont be ordering again
My experience at this Domino’s was ruined by the manager’s attitude. She was disrespectful, unhelpful, and made no effort to correct the problem with my order. If this is how the manager operates, it explains the poor service at this location the manger refuses to tell

Terrible service! This is my first time trying to get pizza from this location and when I arrived they had the door locked at 9pm while actively ignoring me and two other customers who were all ringing the doorbell, knocking and calling the store line. They close at 12 midnight. One of the other ladies was cussed out by the female worker on duty when they finally answered the phone. I couldn’t get anyone on the line. 5 minutes after ringing the bell and standing there watching them make pizza but ignore us, a male worker walks all the way to the front door, looks at us and turns towards the restroom and proceeds to ignore us. I leave. 15 mins later my order was cancelled with no explanation. They never even confirmed who I was.
By the time my order was cancelled an hour had passed since I placed my order in the app. Seems like they had some major issues beyond just being backed up. There’s no reason why this sort of treatment to respectful and patient customers should ever be acceptable. Corporate needs to hire all entirely new crew. ZERO STARS!

I had a terrible experience with Domino’s and unfortunately will not be ordering again. My delivery driver, Brandon, was extremely rude and hostile when he arrived. Instead of simply handing over the order, he had an attitude and made the entire exchange uncomfortable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I called the store immediately to get it fixed, but the manager I spoke with was just as dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to make it right—just excuses and a lack of accountability.
Between the rude delivery, poor customer service, and incorrect food, this was one of the worst pizza delivery experiences I’ve had. Domino’s needs to seriously reevaluate how they handle both employees and customers.

I ordered online, the website was showing Dominos my old address. Even though I change it, I called a female answer the phone said she was the manager argued, and said there is nothing she will do about it. Proceeded to say whatever the computer says we do, and she won't be refunding anything and hung up the phone. I called back, to see if it was my end. She answer the phone I ask speak to a manager, she hung up the second time. I wrote corporate right after that, on July 29 Saturday around 530. I been ordering for dominos over a decade, I have never had a issue, with a highly rude manager. I am ex general manager. I would never talk to a customer the way she did. Hang up on them, because I feel i'm right. This will be my last time ordering from Dominos on centerville. They have to many bad reviews, to be having managers like that employed. If I done that with Blaze pizza, my area manager would have suspended me, or if I had allot of complaints, fire me!! You don't need that time of poison in a business, she has no professionalism. Im out of 30 plus dollars and no pizza, that is robbery. Im giving dominos 3 days, before I take this to social media.
