I visited this business for the first time and it will be my last. The donuts did not meet my expectation and the service was horrible. The young lady at the front seemed annoyed that we were there and the man cleaning the front was irritated that we walked in while he was cleaning. After reading other reviews it seems like new ownership may be the reason but nevertheless service was terrible. Waste of time and money.

Been going to Donut King in Snellville for years. Great place. Not sure what has happened in the last year or so, plain glazed donuts are now almost always about half the size they used to be, not to mention that the prices have gone up a good bit. I understand prices have gone up everywhere but why are you shrinking the product so much? Not good. Please go back to making plain glazed donuts the right size

While the product is good, it’s not worth what you pay. You’re better off going up the street to Krispy Kreme or going to Lawrenceville to Ray’s. The attitude you get takes any last bit of worth out of the experience here. It used to be one family running the place but they have a new person at the counter… NOT pleasant! We spent $47 for our big family (when we would have paid $25 elsewhere) and it was like each item we added to the order annoyed the worker more and more even though we told her the exact amount prior to beginning the sale. Just not worth it.

We have been going to the Donut King in Snellville for 20+ years. We bought donuts twice in the past month and were so disappointed in the quality both times! The donuts did not taste the same, the icing on them was all melted off by the time we got them home, and they were so dry the next day that we had to throw them away! Sadly, we will not be going back. We are looking for a new donut shop… not a chain!

Used to love coming here but in the last 6 months the times I have gone the donuts taste different not as fresh. I’m assuming there was a change in ownership as they have new people in there and the quality is just not the same. Will have to find a new donut shop sadly.
Quality has gone down severely since the ownership change. Frosted donuts have a very thin layer of chocolate, literally see thru, almost like it's been watered down. They also are so thin that they are a bit greasy with a crunch. Honestly, we will probably go back to dunkin locally.... and that's saying a lot.

The ownership changed recently and the quality and taste of the donuts has gone down. We use to go here often, but the most recent time we did the donuts were overcooked, dry and the frosted ones had almost no frosting on them. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend Donut King anymore.

Edit: Im not sure what happened but we can tell a very clear difference recently and it’s not in a good way. They are still okay in general but not what they used to be. We definitely wont be getting them as often anymore and are back on our search for better donuts again.
Our family loves these donuts. They are always so light, fluffy and fresh. We crave them at least once a month. One suggestion though is if we get up too late say around 10-10:30 we don’t even bother to go as we know they will most likely be almost sold out Lol. Get there early!
