I placed an order at the window just to get to the window and they don’t even have my order. I tried to place my order at the window and the lady at the window still could not get the order correct. Wasted my time and still didn’t get the order.

Ordered doughnuts on the app hours prior and attempted to pick up only to be told they did not have what I had ordered. I could have been informed about that much earlier. Almost like they baited and wanted to switch hoping I would pick up whatever was available which I didn't. I asked for a refund since I didn't get what I ordered, then I was told I can only cancel in the app but I couldn't. But I was told someone would contact me in a few days, which no one did. Left in a rush as I had to be somewhere else on time. Contacted the store next day and spoke to the owner. He gave me his personal number to try to resolve the issue. I should have known that already breeds lack of professionalism and horrible customer service on this franchise. Coupled with the fact that he was really rude on the phone, cutting me off and talking to multiple people without telling me to hold. Still currently do not have my money back and they charged my card with no doughnuts. What a scam of an owner and a franchise.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the area. The service at this location is always too notch! Lesley is the person I have had the most interactions with and her dedication goes well beyond any of my expectations. She has taken it upon herself to remember my name and order. She greets with a smile every time. Finally, they make my Oatmilk Latte with an extra shot to pure perfection every single time (which is apparently not easy because not too many locations do). Thank you to management and owners for putting together such a great team.

This location really gets me. They take for EVER! the order is often wrong. They never have condiments like mayo for example for the dry sandwiches. Sometimes theyre even out of matcha. They need to step up their game!

When I ordered my food last week, it took about 30 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru waiting for them to get to me. Then they gave me my omelet bites in a bag that was covered in green stuff (probably avocado), which I didn't eat because of how disgusting it looked. Then today, I got an iced coffee, which took a long time to get, and it was watered down, on top of them messing up our order. This places seems so unsanitary too I never see them wear gloves. Just go to a different dunkin this one isn't worth the inflated coffee prices.
