This location is a mixed bag. They don't always have all the flavors they advertise which is disappointing when you want a particular flavor. Also, avoid during high traffic times because is difficult to exit onto the main road.

Worst place ever, I ask for hot coffee and they give me cold old coffee, then I request for exchange and I believe they got mad and they give it to me super sweet, I do not recommend this place for drive thru.

Ordered on the app. The store said items were out of stock no offer of anyone else no refund told me cancel on the app which isnt an option. So they just got my money and I get nothing. Dont order here unless you want to throw away

Poor customer service. Pulled up to drive thru around 8pm and girl came on speaker says what do you want? At first I thought maybe I misunderstood, but I said excuse me and she said it again. I told her that’s how you talk to customers and drove off. Will never come to this Dunkin again.

They ran out of almond milk yesterday during Valentine's Day. I craved the pink velvet macchiato. However I cannot drink whole milk and that's all they had. Not to mention Walmart is close by and for that $1.50 that they charge me for almond milk I almost offered to go buy a gallon of almond milk my damn self to bring it to the store.

This is the most ghetto shop I have ever dealt with. Customer service is awful...even on the phone. When I asked for the managers name, I was told that information could not be given. I'm glad I'm still welcome at Donut King. Will never go to Dunkin...they lost this customer.

Feels like everyone has given up here. I work less than a min walk from this place and I refuse to waste my money at this place anymore. The staff does not care and are not trained. They are ALWAYS out of coconut shots on the rare occasions I am forced to go to this location. They NEVER have the ham and Swiss croissant stuffers which is the only thing worth eating there. When they were selling the bage twist this was a problem as well. Obviously no one cares about the customers here. I don't understand how a place that is designed to be so simple can be screwed up so badly. I will be investing in an espresso maker for this very reason.

I know this is a new location and the help is obviously new as well but I was embarrassed by the service. I was with a friend who ordered first and we went and sat to wait for our orders. The guy came over and handed me a coffee so I assumed it was mine without comparing the order number. It was very sweet but tasted okay. I ate my donut which was okay. Then my friend's food and coffee came and she realized the coffee she was given was mine. At first they said keep it and they would remake hers. Then they decided to be petty and made her give what was really my coffee back. She got suspicious when she got the drink back and it didn't taste like the last time she had it there. So she took it back and got a refund. She suspects they poured the original in a new cup and added syrup. In any case they give a dishonest and unprofessional vibe that is off-putting.

We've gone to this Dunkin Doughnuts shop over 15 times. Lately we have noticed that the service is different, the Doughnut selection are minimal and we have to ask constantly for items we ordered for coffee. I don’t know if there is a change of management or supply purchases but they have to be asked for additional milk or sweetner, etc.. and no other customers are in the store! Totally ignored and didn't check to see if coffe was fine once we asked to add more sweetner twice! Customer service has changed. Won't go out of the way to support this store.
