Huge shoutout to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Scenic Highway — they’re always on point! I stopped by late at night to grab a coffee to take to my wife at the hospital, and everything was perfect from start to finish.
The service was fast, the staff was friendly and professional, and the coffee was fresh and made exactly how I ordered it. Even during the late hours, they’re consistent and dependable, which means a lot when you’re dealing with stressful moments like hospital visits.
It’s rare to find a place that runs smoothly no matter the time of day, but this location really gets it right. Thank you for being reliable and for making a simple coffee run feel easy and stress-free. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Poor customer service. After ordering an hour prior to pickup upon arrival I was told they either didn’t receive or gave my order away. They did not want to reconcile the problem. After my insistence the owner decided they make more donut holes. When they did she would not put variety of Holes as ordered in case others may want. She did not care that I was a customer and Wanted a variety. She was dismissive and spoke Spanish among the other employees to instruct them of how to handle which was to ignore me and take care of other customers. Choose another DD for any type of service.

I dont understand how this location went 24 hours if they are only going to sale coffee. There has been multiple times ive stoped by and they have no donuts and hardly any munchkins.... just go back to regular hours

Placed an order online once there to pickup. They didn't have what I ordered. They only had three different types of donuts to choose from and I couldn't get a refund. They stated donuts are not made all day. But they are open 24 hours🤨😠

The older man who works there is rude and mean. No customer service and gets irritated if you ask for a straw. Like… sir how am I suppose to drink it. Should not be serving… Please either shut down or do better. Will never return. You can tell this is the norm for him. New management is needed…..
Old skinny man give me cold coffee when it supposed to be hot, and I told him that it was cold and he act very rude and started screaming, never go back again!

I just ordered a cold drink and asked for no ice. The person on the speaker told me they can’t make it without ice anymore. Why not? How difficult is it to skip the step where you add frozen water to the cup? (The young lady on the speaker did nothing wrong. She is simply following the policy.)

I went to get a chicken roasted pepper wrap today at @1 P.m., and while I was talking to the person who was in the window, he closed the window on me just because I asked to heat the chicken wrap, he didn’t even let me finish my sentence. He was an African American young man, and that was 1:05 pm. Dunkin you will start losing customers if you don’t take action and train your employees to do better in customer service. I always get my coffee from this location every day at 6 Am before work and I was never treated like that by the other nice guys that work early morning there.
