The older man who works there is rude and mean. No customer service and gets irritated if you ask for a straw. Like… sir how am I suppose to drink it. Should not be serving… Please either shut down or do better. Will never return. You can tell this is the norm for him. New management is needed…..

Old skinny man give me cold coffee when it supposed to be hot, and I told him that it was cold and he act very rude and started screaming, never go back again!

I just ordered a cold drink and asked for no ice. The person on the speaker told me they can’t make it without ice anymore. Why not? How difficult is it to skip the step where you add frozen water to the cup? (The young lady on the speaker did nothing wrong. She is simply following the policy.)

I went to get a chicken roasted pepper wrap today at @1 P.m., and while I was talking to the person who was in the window, he closed the window on me just because I asked to heat the chicken wrap, he didn’t even let me finish my sentence. He was an African American young man, and that was 1:05 pm. Dunkin you will start losing customers if you don’t take action and train your employees to do better in customer service. I always get my coffee from this location every day at 6 Am before work and I was never treated like that by the other nice guys that work early morning there.

They need to blend the ice for their frozen coffees a lot more. Mine had so many big chunks of ice I had to let it melt before I could drink it. The service was fine though.

Went there after a horrible experience at one of the Lilburn locations. Was greeted & our order taken by the 2 most pleasant young ladies. They worked together & our food was prepared quickly & e we were out on the in no time. A little out of our way but we’ll definitely choose this one over the other 2 closer to us.

No cars in the drive thru, but whoever tried to take my order was impatient and rude. I left and went to a competitor that is super close and where employees understand their job in customer service.

Been to location several times and every time it’s a bad experience. I place a mobile order and when I get there they say they’re out of everything. And then when I ask for refund they did not bother to assist me in any way. People here work like they don’t care and provide terrible customer service better locations then this one for sure stay away.

The food I ordered definitely fresh and not hard/stale which is a huge plus. Time in and out the drive thru was perfect for morning rush hour. My only complaint is, listen a little more when given instructions as to how a customer wants his/her food prepared. Still, I'd definitely recommend.
