Was going to purchase something from this restaurant, but couldn't do so because they don't have the doors open to go in. I don't choose to buy donuts from a little building like this without seeing them. This is not your standard Dunkin' Donuts size restaurant. This day they chose to have the doors unopened. So couldn't spend any money. Can't tell you what the service or the atmosphere was like because couldn't get in to the restaurant.

I appreciate the friendly welcoming feeling upon entry. I received a smile from all the staff that were visible and Alana dropped what she was doing with no hesitation to see how she could assist me as soon as it was visible that I needed help. Great experience all around

When I visited this location on 10/2, I had my order taken out in the line instead at the speaker box (I assume to try to pretend like they’re getting customers in and out, but what do I know) and I paid in the line. When I got up to the window, the man said that the payment did not go through, so again, I paid. When I looked on my banking app, I was indeed charged twice.

I love most people who work at this location, but after reaching out to customer support, I found that they were no help. It’s been two weeks, no refund. I can like the people who work there as much as I want, but if this is the quality of service Dunkin is giving on the back end, why would I want to continue going there?
