DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DOUNTS!!!!! This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Snellville. Their Customer service is trash, just like the food!!!! I just don’t understand for the life of me how they get the orders wrong every time. I will never return to this location. They’re always argumentative and laugh at you when you get upset about them messing up. They need to have a training class for every employee at this location. I wish I could give them zero stars. THE WORST

AVOID THIS ONE. The worst. Had a drink made incorrectly and they wouldn’t remake it because of policy?? Never ever heard of this from dunkin. Will go to the other locations in the area from now on.

I have spent literally thousands of dollars here every morning on coffee and donuts for my team or just for myself and my sons breakfast. I purchased a latte with no milk and substituted with almond milk. They put both milk and almond milk in the coffee. When I asked could they fix it the lady refused to make me a new latte. You never know someone’s food allergy and the fact that I am literally a regular hurt me so badly. Thanks for the lawsuit.

Every time I come here they either get my order wrong or they don't have what I want.. are they're missing half the ingredients.. they let me order it and then give me my total but when I get to the window they say oh by the way we don't have all of the stuff to make your drink. Tell me you don't have all the ingredients instead of telling me the total.

I don't know what has changed at this location. But it has gone so downhill the employees have horrible customer service most of them are lazy and are standing around and talking and they never have any of the product when you order it on the app.

I place an order here 5 days a week and spend $8 for a cup of coffee one morning I decided to get a sandwich on my way to work and they made the sandwich wrong so I called spoke to the manager. They said they would remake it for me. Next time I came by when I went to go pick up my sandwich An Indian lady with a thick accent told me it’s my job to check my order and make sure they made it right. I couldn’t help but laugh and I asked the question isn’t that y’all’s job and she just stumbled over her words and double down on. It’s my job to make sure they get my order right 😂 that’s probably the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. Does that mean I’m gonna get put on payroll I couldn’t have sworn that was the main part of your job but guess next time I gotta start making and cooking my own order from now on

I tested with all 3 Dunkin on 78 to see if I was messing up my order but no.. just this Dunkin messed up my order. I know the exact about if cream and sugar I want and I tell them each time but for some reason they never put the right amount. But when I go to any other Dunkin on 78 they make it perfect everytime .
I know no one cares about coffee but this being the intro to my over night shift is very frustrating. I won’t be back I tried to explain to the people in the back but instead of listening the lady just wanted to prove a point. I’ll just drive further down to make sure I can get what I ordered
Also, this location doesn’t warm the biscuits up all the way by Tyne I get down 78 and in the middle of my food it is always cold
10/10 do not recommend

I always pre order. Very busy location. This location is 3 mins from my house. No matter what time of day I come. They always greet me with Hi Mari . I always order the same drink just different sizes. Thank you guys for always making my Latte hot and sweet lol don’t forget my straw ! See you guys tomorrow !
