Food has been declining over time while the prices have gone up. wings are greasy with no flavor. Online menu doesn’t match menu in store. Fries wasn’t fully cooked. Very disappointing considering I used to love their food.

This place has went down hill!!! The food quality is trash now!!! The wings always taste old now, and they barely put any sauce on your wings!! You can tell the cooks are not putting any effort or love into the food!! The kitchen is very dirty , the cooks look dirty!! This place use to be good!! Not anymore!!!! The workers they have at the front are no good either!!!! No good customer service at all!!!! Bring back the owners from Philly that use to run this place!! They cared about the quality!!! Don't waste your time here!!! So disappointed!!!!!!

Awesome wings. I called them in and they were done when I arrived. Perfectly cooked. This is my new go-to wing spot.

I stopped by a couple days ago, it was by far a great experience, friendly staff and great food.

Ordered a 6-piece wing wet lemon pepper and vegetable fried rice. Paid Entirely too much for this dish. I've gone other places and paid significantly less. I would name drop with the new place I'm going to now, but I'm not going to be petty, sells the same plate for $10.59 that's not even a lunch price. A much more appropriate amount and their wings are cooked better and decently sized. These wings were small and were fried too hard. The vegetable fried rice had clumps of not properly cooked hard chunks of rice in it. I love onion but the onion pieces in the dish had no form or unity were entirely too big. I wasn't going to leave a review but the more I kept eating I just kept getting frustrated. I wouldn't mind having these little issues if I wasn't paying top dollar for this item. The only reason why I even came today was because my other wing spot was closed. Will not be back.

These were by far the worst wings I’ve ever eaten! The amount of salt they use should be a damn crime, the fries were cold and the wings were smaller than my pinky finger. I gave them a fair try and were very dissatisfied.

I recently discovered this place and was so impressed that I ordered three times in one week! However, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I placed an online order for 12 whole fried wings with the spicy honey garlic sauce, which has been my go-to order. This time, the person at the register intentionally left the sauce out of the bag. When I asked about it, I was told I would need to pay $2 for the sauce, even though the website clearly states it’s included for free with the wings. When I brought this up, the staff member went back and forth with me instead of honoring what was stated online. She simply said the website needed to be updated because the sauce is no longer included for free. I found this approach frustrating and unprofessional. If the policy had changed, I would have expected them to honor the current order and clarify the new policy for future visits. Instead, the argument over $2, in front of a line of other customers, left a bad impression—especially after I had already tipped for my pickup order. I’m saddened by this experience and, unfortunately, will not be returning. How you treat your customers matters, and this was far from the positive experiences I had initially. I hope the management considers addressing this issue to improve customer service.
