Fire Wings & Hibachi Snellville

Typically the food is good. However they messed up my order twice l. The first time around I didn't ask them to change it however, the second time I asked if the could change it. Both times I ordered lemon pepper wings dry rub well done which is the norm. Both times they have me wet. The second time I asked them to change it. Honestly I'm not sure what they did, but by the time I started sharing dinner I realized there's a whole cup of lemon pepper sauce in the bottom, most of the wings were soaked. The chicken wasn't crispy and I had asked for extra crispy. NEED TO FIND ME A BETTER wing spot. Very disappointed!

My daughter was served raw chicken .. when I called Andrew said he would fix the problem .. instead he went home .. the standing in manager put phone down phone and took several orders before stating she would call back after speaking to Andrew .. she never called back then when I called said j it st call Andrew tomorrow because she believes I totally deserve a whole refund.. her words .. be careful they will take order and serve you bad food ..

Hibachi Fire goes above and beyond! Their food is great and delivered fast. They’ve saved many a weekend when I don’t want to cook! Kudos to you guys!

This was my first time trying Fire Wings & Hibachi in Snellville and it was a pretty good experience. I ordered the hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and chicken, and everything was fresh and flavorful. My kids had the wings and fries and they enjoyed them as well.

One thing that surprised me was the peach tea — it was actually really good! Overall, the food was satisfying and the portions were decent. I would definitely come back again to try a few more things on the menu.

Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but I wish I wasn't convinced into adding onions into my lo mein. The food I got was genuinely 75%, onion and 25% lo mein. There was chicken in there when I asked for shrimp, (WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE BTW) all of this plus a drink for 25 dollars. I'm thoroughly disappointed, 1 star. God if I was a Karen id stomp back in there and ask for a refund.

Ordered on Door Dash. Was shorted on my $90.00 order. My wife called spoke to a female. She really couldn't understand what my wife was telling her( language barrier).My wife advised her we had been shorted on our order. The lady she spoke with stated well I made them. I have had this happen at other resturaunts. They always apologize and say you can come and pick the item up or they will refund the item missing from the order. Terrible customer service!! Would not recommend ordering from food delivery service because if they short your order. This resturaunt will not even try to make it right!! My wife has stated we will never order from this restaurant again!!

Update: This restaurants response is very generic. Notice the resturaunt is still not willing to make it right!!! The woman my wife spoke to in regards to this incident was rude and tried to blame my wife for not understanding her. She also was not apologetic in any way!!!

Came here on a whim and was not disappointed. The place had a healthy amount of people in there for a Friday evening, we ordered the ten wing combo ( wings, fries and a drink), food came quickly and hot. We took our first bite and the wings were zesty, flavorful and crispy. Some of the best wings we’ve had. The crinkle fries were sweet, fluffy and delicious-wow!
Defined would recommend this little hole in the wall spot. Will come back to try the other Asian cuisine.

Worse place! Do not order online, the order will not go thru and you will need to place in person. Then your order will be wrong with a young lady that can't manage the front. Never coming back, don't waist your time....

Food was good but charge you for extra sauces $.50 little sauce at that when you have already paid for a meal that should come with enough sauce to eat the meal. The restaurant is nasty needs cleaned badly. The bathroom poorly maintained and the kitchen as trash and old food underneath the shelves
