I ordered the turkey bacon . Took it home. The sandwich had mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato 1 slice of bacon and no Turkey at all. I can. It go back so I lost out. Never had that problem ever.

Ok. This is the FIFTH time, without exaggeration that we have received a delivery order through UBER that was MISSING the French Dips, Dipping sauce (aujus.. the whole point of the sandwich) We keep getting screwed over by UBER, because there is no way to mark that the aujus is missing from the sandwich, so they assume the order is correct and are no help... I attempted to contact Firehouse and was told that this is an UBER problem and they cannot help. No, it's your problem and if I am paying $17 for a sandwich I'd like the whole advertised sandwich, please. Please educate your staff to be more attentive to order details. My sandwich also was missing my additional toppings and consisted only of the standard ingredients for the combo. This really is so ridiculous... what a waste of time and energy to even write this, but you make it impossible to get help.

The health score here is currently a 100. I came here on a Friday night around 7:30pm not busy as at all. Kolbe took my order. His professionalism just shined. He repeated my order to me, made eye contact and acknowledged me by name. My turkey sub, fully involved of course was perfect. This specific Firehouse location never disappoints me.

I had a horrible service experience at this location. The location was having issues with the card reader the day i came in for a couple of sandwiches. The machine malfunctioned and when they requested I put my card on the reader for a third transaction when I already saw the charge clear as day on my account, I refused. At this point my sandwiches were already made, which was not a short period of time later. Instead of just giving me my sandwiches for the inconvenience, they tried to assure me that the original charge had been cancelled and would be refunded to my account within three to four business days. I was not comfortable with running my card again. At this point the rude young lady behind the counter had not even provided a receipt with the refund information on it. The manager was not even in the store to assist with resolving the issue. The lady behind the counter had to call the manager on her personal phone and hand it to me to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that if I didn't run my card for the third time they wouldn't give me my sandwiches. I ended up leaving without food, and I'm sure they just threw the sandwiches away. As a past retail manager myself I know this was ridiculous and the completely incorrect way to handle this situation. I will not be visiting the store again EVER!
