Order from Uber eats, and clearly, the employee doesn't read. I never have this problem at firehouse subs in John Creek order here once, and they totally mess up my sandwich. And Uber sucks talking about you got it. Really, you fing kidding me. I can't eat it. Not to mention, they honey ham sandwich was unavailable to order. All sandwiches are service hot. So why did my sandwich come cold? Plus to top it off if you look at the prices on they menu and uber prices, and they up the price for uber. Waste of money.

I come here about once every two weeks. I have never been disappointed with food nor service. I love the theme of the place and they always have some older hits music playing there. It's worth it, I promise.

Some snarky employee tried to deny a simple birthday rewards sub lied and said we haven't activated it when he never even put in the number for us to receive it he was acting like he was lord of the sandwiches ,we had id in hand with date of birth like we had to prove ourselves to the Almighty Coldcut wizardry thanks for the birthday gift your highness
