The general manager in this store is terrible and honestly needs to be terminated. I come into this restaurant at least three days out of seven every week and the customer service is lacking. The food is always cold in the last couple months. It is undercooked and cold. I will be contacting corporate office as well

Have been to numerous First Watches and they never let me down! Anywhere from a solid breakfast/brunch dish to a tasty Power Chicken Bowl for noon meal! And wash it down with their amazing fresh juices. Highly recommend.

Second time here. Again food comes out at different times. Had same waitress again and she takes forever. Brought out coffee and no cups. Had to chase down my own cup to drink. Food is OK. We like to eat together and having to wait for the other food is unacceptable.
