Pleasantly surprised... hamburger is good, but tater tots were dry. Love the ice cream.... Girl that took our order was very nice, helpful and friendly! She was the only person working and smiling while working...

I usually have a good experience. Today was horrible. My husband, on his first visit here, received a cold burger. When he asked for a hot one, they asked for a receipt (don't know why). Ten minutes later, another lukewarm burger arrived. No apology, no urgency, and the female prepping food had a major attitude and yellingin back. In these times, our money is valuable. The only decent experience was with cashier Kayden.

Cashier guy was very kind and answered our questions but rang up a few of our sizes wrong lol food was decent. The cold brew caramel crunch is delicious you will not regret that purchase. Also they have a sign outside for a fish sandwich but we were told they don't have the fish sandwich.

Took my burger back because it had hair on it, that clearly was not mine, and asked for the combo to be redone. I was met with an attitude, sass and even rolling of the eyes by one of the employees when she presented me with my burger but no onion rings. At that time I told her that she could remake the combo and give me some onion rings so that I could eat it with my burger as initially planned or just refund me the money for the burger. At that time she reluctantly dropped onion rings for me. Will not be returning.

This was our family first visit to Freddy’s. The service was great. The staff were nice and the prices were good especially when visiting on a family night. My picky eater enjoyed the burger and fries, so anything he likes is a win.

Wow!! I'm beyond impressed with my experience today!! The staff was so courteous, efficient, and obviously happy to be there!! Kudos to management for providing such an amazing work environment!! The restaurant was clean, and everyone worked so well together! Not a single vehicle was asked to pull up, or having to wait long for orders! My order came out quickly, CORRECTLY, hot, and DELICIOUS!! Thanks for providing such amazing service after a long tiresome day!!

I think I like the fries better than the new tots

I always go to the Duluth location but decided to venture out while I was in the area and went to the Snellville location, never again! Food was cold, and they forgot one for the entrees. Glad I hadn’t left the parking lot yet. Everything was thrown together and in a hurry, truly disappointed.
