My family and I stopped by the Snellville Freddy’s for lunch and had a fantastic experience. We had a bit of confusion with our kids' meal order, but Samiah stepped in and made everything right immediately. She was incredibly friendly and professional. Beyond helping us, we noticed how well she interacted with other customers and her own teammates. Her level of understanding and genuine customer service was a breath of fresh air for a fast-food location.

The burgers are seriously delicious! I wish they were a little bigger, but I assume they are the size they were going after. You can tell the beef is a really high quality. It has a beefier flavor than mostnother fast food restaurants and it tastes cleaner and more satisfying. The frozen custard is delicious!

A little on the average side, as far as the atmosphere, the door was sticky with something while he went and had to wash hands immediately.
The food was okay. But the price was good.
