Make sure you pay with cash or they’ll charge you for using your card. Count your change and make sure it’s correct or you’ll be short. They charge you if you order a lot of patties and you need a box so request them to put it in bags. I used to eat golden krust all the time growing up. But now it’s honestly not worth it. The price increase is crazy and the food isn’t worth it. I’m glad that all the food they sell is something I can make at home easily. It’s just no longer worth the cost anymore.

Golden Krust! Please fix whatever is going on with your Oxtail situation. Oxtails should be sitting in gravy awaiting me to order them. Not in a plastic container sitting in a warmer allowing microplastics to leach into my food!! Having them already portioned out to the side is crazy. Having to spend $30 on oxtails but can’t have them put directly on my rice is crazy! Please fix this until then you will not get my money or business!!

Update 2025. I order a small oxtail, which to my surprise, the oxtail was already packaged in a plastic container.. Is it healthy to have hot food in a plastic container just sitting in a warmer? Why not wait until the customer gets there to serve them? How long are these sitting? I dont think this is healthy..The oxtails were very fatty..
I got fried plantains which looks golden and inside wasn't cooked properly. The slices were too big.
All in all..the taste wasn't too bad.
Pictures show oxtails in the container and out the container.
I got some jerk sauce in a container which tasted like a spicy mixture of barbecue and ketchup sauce.
Because the oxtails were prepacked and kept warm in a plastic container..I won't order it again.

Purchased curry goat and fritters, fritters soaked with oil and the goat had little almost no seasoning. Seem like the chef was a born American, no culture tasted in that pot

We've been coming here for over 10 years—strictly for the food. Unfortunately, the same issues persist:
1.Frequent shortages of popular menu items
2.Inconsistent, frequently rude service
If these were addressed, profits would soar. Our family alone has spent hundreds less here over the years due to missing items or avoiding poor service.

My God, I want to take this place back to New Mexico with me. The food is authentically Jamaican, and so so goooood!! They give you an ample amount that will last two days unless you pig out and can't stop eating because it's so tasty. Don't take my word for it, go get some yourself.

Lobby was close, the drive-thru menu had nothing on it, so you did not know what was being served. If you knew nothing about what jamaican food tasted like, then it would be ok. It tasted like what an American would pass off as being jamaican cooking.
