Visited this location today for take out. Food was good, but the cashier needs to be retrained on the menu because he doesn’t know it and he really needs to work on his customer service skills.

Don't order online with them. They will add a 20% tip IN ADDITION to what you thought spent without your consent.

My screenshot shows the final bill of sale and what was charged to my account. 65.36 x 1.2 = 78.43. I brought this up and the staff deferred to DoorDash which is clearly a strategy they've been using to pocket additional tips.

I already tipped for a pickup order which is more than what some people do but charging more and not admitting to it is awful. Do better.

The food flavor was awesome. The server Savannah was awesome. The beer and ambiance were great; HOWEVER, the crabs were hollow, for the most part. This was frustrating because everything else was great.

Hook n Reel is an amazing restaurant to come to. The food is sooo good. The customer service is excellent. My most recent visit Savannah served my sister and I. Savannah is such a sweetheart. I love her spirit, her smile and her overall energy. My sister had a concern with the seasoning and it was brought to Savannah and the manager’s attention and they corrected the concern immediately and with courtesy. Very professional staff. I will continue to come back and invite others.

My food was salty and they fixed it for me and it was sooooo good. I loved how she served with a smile. And when I had a problem they fixed it right away. Also with a smile.. my server name was savanna.

My sister and I ate here on Christmas. We forgot to take pictures. The game was on. We ordered a mini snow crab boil, the crabmeat fries, lobster bisque, flounder PO' boy with sweet potato fries, and a caesar salad.
The fries, crab boil, and flounder were delicious 😋 We had some red wine 🍷 to drink.

Olamide and Ann Marie were fantastic. The best bloody Mary I've had at a restaurant in YEARS. My Cajun crab legs were fantastic. Olamide's service was perfect, there when I needed her but not overwhelming. Whole experience was spot on. Highly recommended!!!
