I ordered the mini shrimp boil with lemon pepper and garlic butter sauce when I got home which is about 45 minutes away my order was not as i ordered, I called to asked why it was so dry the manager named India said well maybe it was the noodles that soaked up all the sauce. I have had these exact order several times with everything being the same and it has not been dry, she said if I came and brought it back they would remake it. I told her that's not possible today but would only be able to bring it back tomorrow after 5pm. I asked her for the inconvenience could I get a credit she said No. What ever happened to having a satisfied customer. I will never go to this establishment ever again.

My left arm got burn from the highly inflated crab bag?..the waiter got me a ice pack, and apologized for accident and carelessness of the Restaurant...The manager came out a little later with packs of burn gel for my inflamed arm...Then tells me a story of her experience of being burn in the pass??♀️

I came into town to visit my son and to spend time with some friends. I was taken to Hook and Reel in Snellville, GA. for lunch. It wasn't overcrowded and our food came pretty fast. The food was excellent and seasoned so well. The portion size was so big that both of us had enough left over to have for dinner that night. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great seafood.

We ordered takeout bags with crablegs and shrimp. While both were overcooked, we called back to complain about the crablegs because not one cracked and gave you a clean pull. The meat was just stringy. It was more hard to eat than anything. Any person that eats a lot of seafood regularly knows this is either because it's not fresh or it's overcooked (sometimes both.) Now here's where the restaurants in Metro Atlanta seem to struggle. The customer service! We called back the next afternoon (we picked up close to closing time and didn't get back home until after they closed) to let them know, and the manager says "since you don't have the crablegs, it's not much I can do." Then offered a discount off the next time. Like we'd really come back after this. Then the conversation and the way the two guys were talking on the phone was just... unprofessional. I really wish management/owners would stop treating everyone like they just want to get over or like the customers don't really matter. Your customers keep the doors open.

I could have went to kings seafood to get a better seafood broil. My mom order that l had the catfish it was greasy and soggy. The gay guy service is ghetto and terrible. I would eat here even if it was free and overall customer service was horrific we barely got checked on!!!!! Go to red lobster please!!!!!

Had an amazing time!! A time was had! The waitress Jazmine was friendly and helpful, the bartender I believe is Ayana was very nice and suggested some great drinks. At the end of the night the manager even came by to ask us about our experience. Food great, service was above and beyond!!
We usually go to juicy crab but tonight we decided to try this place. We got seated and our server wasn’t friendly at all. She was super friendly to everyone else. Only difference, I guess we were white. I ordered the reel catch and my son had the lobster and my husband ordered crawfish, sausage, and shrimp. Mine and my son’s lobster was so tough and stuck to the shell. My crab legs kept getting stuck as well. No proper utensils were given to help crack the crab legs. The flavor of the special sauce was very thick and overpowering. It wasn’t good at all. The shrimp was so tough like it was over cooked. We sat towards the back but we had the view of the bar. Employees were so loud at the bar and even one was shouting let’s get this party started. Even at times while we needed drinks, our server was sitting at the bar. And despite how we were treated and the lack of service, we still tipped well and was nice. Learned our lesson and will never be back. Definitely wasn’t worth the $176 we spent.

Ordered this just now. The total was about 30$ the catfish basket had 3 pieces and small catfish for 13$ the "crab fries" was 10$ it was literally just fries with some crab meat on the side lol what is this???? You can spend your 30$ better than this i promise.
