Hot & Cold Buffet Restaurant

Hot n Cold has really gone down hill and has become more of a SCAM than a Chinese buffet!

1. We paid dinner prices but got lunch menu

2. Old worn out plates n utensils need to be replaced. I can only imagine what the pots n pans look like.

3. Food look fresh or but taste like leftover from last week

4. Rude n nasty staff harassing for tips

6. You must pay upon entrance

7. If you are brave enuf to digest their disgusting food you will be charged a tip! NOT FOR PROMPT SERVICE but because you dared to sit at their nasty table and eat their nasty food off their nasty plates, folks, spoons and drink out of their nasty plastic cups. Yup, you will be nearly tackled for an unearned tip!

There are lots of dishes available at their buffet. Quality of food is average and nothing exceptional to rave about. Many of the items are not hot enough unless you wait for fresh replenishment. Worth the price though.

Food sucks. Over cooked. Disgusting food bar. They were quick to take your plate away. Desert choices sucked. Deserts sucked.

Same food as those expensive buffet's,, and they are priced so much better! Small quaint environment! Wonton soup be hittin

Man its sad when you go to eat at a restaurant and the only thing that taste good was the coke......Food was cold chicken taste cooked in old grease and no seasoning...... The seafood i was scared to try because im from Louisiana but the family say it was plain... My toddler only ate fruit he didn't want the food .....The atmosphere was ok ....I asked for a booster seat the waiter told me it was over there......I dont think i will ever eat here again.....

Nice place. It is clean. The food was ok. I took 4 pieces of dragon fruit, and 2 pieces were already going bad. I also got broccoli with sea food, and it seems like it was mixed with spoiled one because it had a bad flavor. Just be checking the food you take.

The restroom, the floors, the dishes and eating utensils, all the way back to the host at the door. All of it was some strange and questionable experience. Tasted just like the food.

The servers were even oddly irritating, overly attentive in the most strange way. They were not rude just doing their jobs I guess.

Pretty sure I have food poisoning from today’s lunch. Hit me within 2 hours of
Eating. GeneralnTao chicken, white rice, egg drop soup, lomein with peanut butter sauce in it. And that’s all I had. I have been so sick. Won’t ever go there again.

Used to be much nicer.. everything is dirty and God forbid you want to sit down with your family just to talk while you eat..... The employees watch you like you're about to burn the place down... Nope!

Not a whole lot of selections of fresh foods here. A little below average buffet. The atmosphere is pretty good.

Father’s day dinner I noticed the food went down hill. Take your money to another place. Crabragoon taste like sour cream with sugar. Steak taste like flank. Pizza is blaaaah. I see people eating the crustaceans but I’m not eating that…. I been here several time before but I'm not coming back. And who puts curry seasoning on chicken terryaki. I wish I kept my money and walked out. If you like cheap food you found a golden spot of unlimited eating.

The food is not the temperature it should be and they are serving old food. In the pass they were great but now it’s a different story. Nasty food!
