Humidor Cigar Bar & Lounge

Very nice grown man and woman spot to grab a drink and dining. The owners are delightful and inviting as well as the waitresss. The only reason why I don't give them a 5 star because the atmosphere would be more enjoyable and they would see me more often and my friends if they had smoke eaters to to absorb most of the smoke as intended in a cigar lounge. At the end the day second hand smoke is not good for you and could be very hazardous to your lungs. Now they do offer a force air venting system but it's not better than the smoke eaters which allows smoke to continuously to get evaporated up as it come of the Cigars into the smoke eaters. So I really hope they will incorporate this into there business because me and my friend really do enjoy going here and would go way more often if this was so. But as state a very nice place.

Shout out to Assana, the best bartender in the game. This sexy, knowledgeable, and fast pouring woman will always keep a smile on her face no matter how large the crowd gets.
If you smoke it, then they have it. Great humidor. Come one, come all!!

Every time I visit Humidor, it feels like home. The staff are like one big happy family. I’m greeted with hugs and smiles. Troy and Assana are my favorites! Assana’s bartending skills are top tier and she knows exactly how I like my Sangria. Chefs kiss 😘😘😘

A great place to hang out and enjoy a drink or cigar service is great my girl Sana really makes me feel welcome with her warm smile a attention to detail always being able to sense my mood and adapting to how I’m feeling at that time and it’s not just me I see Sana treat everyone with the same energy it’s great to come in and before I sit down my drink ashtray is in place it’s truly a pleasure being waited on by such a wonderful lady who seems to love what she’s doing and who represents the humidor cigar bar and lounge so well with the great job she’s been doing thank you so much Sana you are greatly appreciated keep up the good work

I can’t say enough about the outstanding service from Assana. Every time we visit, she’s always one step ahead—she knows exactly what drink we like and has it ready and waiting for us as soon as we sit down. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes the experience feel personal and special. Not only is she incredibly friendly and attentive, but she’s also a true expert when it comes to mixing drinks. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality always make us feel like VIPs. We’ll definitely keep coming back for the great service and delicious drinks!

Food is great and atmosphere is great!
Sometimes the bartender makes the experience better even if you're already having a good time. Asana is the tie breaker between going somewhere else just to change it up or going to Humidor. She's personable, makes great drinks and always greets us as returning customers with a welcoming smile. We've even brought patrons there because of our service with Asana. I definitely recommend this place

I must say the customer service is horrible and no ventilation for the CIGAR SMOKERS. Your waitress need to learn to look up and be aware of their surroundings maybe they will see who is coming in/going out the facility.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST

Don't waste your time
Furthermore, I should not have to speak to a manager... you were standing there drinking watching me sit for 30 min while all of your only 2 waitress never acknowledged or even looked up as they tried to service your full bar... they look frustrated as well. You should have stepped in.. but that would have been too much like right.. right? Where is the heavy set older gentlemen that runs/owns this establishment?...he should do a pop up tonight.. No thank you, I will never waste my time or money there especially while you are running things.

The Humidor was a " Fan Tab Bul Lous " experience. A wonderful venue for smoking the leaves of the Gods. A little known secret, they have delicious coffee.

Serves arent prompt you might be have wait for minute for waitress. Tuesdays is comedy night in gwinnett. I hate grilled ribeye it was alot of fat. Spinach drip was a lot spinach no cheese but on the top. DJ was great DJ spin needs to be regular. Snellville is moving up. Spent about 150 by myself food on high end

My food came out cold and it was hard to get out waitress attention. I didnt like the mashed potatoes think it had spinach in it or something. Plenty of Parking. Free entry. Drinks were ok. Great music

The atmosphere great for adults and me my boys and ladies love this place it is grown and It's sexy. Beautiful servers and great food. Come early to enjoy all it has to offer.
If your looking for fast food or quick hookah this is not the spot for you. It offers hookahs at good prices and offers an array of cigars and drinks. Great service very complimentary for the evening

So I have been here plenty of times and never had to complain. I went there last night with a friend and had jerk chicken nachos . They were sloppy looking and extremely spicy. When I flagged down the waitress she knew right away what my complaint was. I did not make a big deal as she was very friendly .I just asked her to bring out some cheese dip and chips instead. She agreed… minutes later I flagged her over and asked about it she said it was coming out. I then ordered 2 shots of teramana supposedly at 7 dollars each per the football Sunday menu.She returned with the shots .I asked again about the cheese dip and gave her my card to close out the check.She came back with the check right away . I noticed the shots were 16.99 each! I was upset could not find her the cheese dip never came. The place was not busy! I waited for 19 min then decided to just leave so I didn’t cause a scene. Sad because I paid for food that I never received and I was over charged for the liquor 😒 I’m not sure if ownership is the same but if it is I will let him know next time I see him.. I normally don’t leave reviews either but I spent over 80..
