Worst experience compared to other Pho, restaurants where I've eaten. Their flank meat was very fatty (pic #2, removed fat) giving the meat a very unattractive look. I was not asked if I prefer fatty flank or not. My lips felt like i had applied lip gloss after I had picked through and tried to eat some of it. I just couldn't complete this meal. The fat that settled after the soup had gotten cold was way tooo much. Maybe they need to reconsider their flank meat provider. When I shared my concern I was told we suggest the brisket next time. Since, flank is my meat of choice I will not be revisiting this Pho ? ? establishment. This was my worst Pho experience.

Food was alright, though it took ~30 mins to get with only like 4 other tables occupied. The big reason for my low rating is that I was overcharged, it didn’t really occur to me until I was on my way home though. We had gotten 2 Med bowls, P10 and P12 which should be like $15/bowl. I didn’t really process it at the time, so I’ll take fault on not catching it right away, but they charged $47.70 not including tip. We couldn’t figure out where the other like ~$17 charge came from.EDIT: I have attempted to call to see if there was any resolution that could be met and nobody picked up

I loved the place, the food is the best pho I have ever had and in particular I liked the attention of a guy, he was super friendly, attentive and fast, it should be noted that I was alone, but I give him 5 ⭐️

Every time I order from here I never get the same thing. But I order the same thing. x117 is a vegan meal that come with mushrooms, bok Choy, baby corn and broccoli. I always get green beans , carrots and maybe some broccoli here in there or they may just mess up my entire order with meat in it. I’m done this time . I don’t want green beans I want what it says on what I’m paying. Ugh

Never had Vietnamese, but I liked. Reminded me of Thai.Strawberry smoothie simple, yummy, and satisfying it served as my dessert and cleansed my palate.Fried chicken dumplings & Shrimp tempura, my FAVS! sweet dipping sauce had a spice but no heat.The fresh shrimp rolls very pretty, but I didn't care for them or the dipping sauces.Shrimp salad w/vinaigrette LUV! So darn pretty and lots of shrimp delish. It had a spice but nothing overpowering.The service was excellent, the host was very friendly and he brought my food to my car.Ordered to go & I really like the containers (spill proof).

They have a Lo Mein seafood stir fry that is absolutely divine. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed with my first time ordering from the Snellville location. The ordering experience was confusing because the two gentlemen shuffled me back and forth because of language barriers, despite how I can speak both English and Vietnamese. Somehow I was charged $5 extra for my order, which was fortunately taken off, but they got my pho order wrong anyways. It wasn't a big deal, but the pho broth was a bit strange. Not quite sure how to put it, but we definitely didn't like it. However, that wasn't even my biggest complaint. We also ordered the combination rice plate and requested grilled pork instead of pork chop. The pork chop was very dry and the meatball (nêm nướng) was completely raw on the inside. I gave them a call to let them know, and they apologized for the meatball. Perhaps it was a bad day for them, but as a first time customer, I don't think I can trust their food again.

Every time I visit Georgia, I have to come here! The food is super delicious and so yummy. I love the Vietnamese coffee the most! The last time I went was back in June and the server I had was Kiet. I hope I’m spelling his name right! Kiet was so wonderful, sweet, and pleasant. He was very attentive and respectful! We made small conversations which was very nice. I’m sorry that I’m now writing a review! I was going through my reviews and just realized I never wrote one! I can’t wait to go back!

Stopped in and placed an order for a p11 for my sick wife I was told it be 15 minutes before I received my dish. After 20 minutes several dishes came out of the kitchen and went on to a table and it was at this point I figured one of them had to be mine. It's at this point I started being ignored by the host to the point where I had to stop a server crossing the floor and asked if my dish was done. It was at this point the same people who were refusing to make eye contact after taking my money look at me and go oh your dishes right here. I don't understand ignoring someone who's paying you and all you had to do was simply say here you go.

I ordered the veggie fried rice. I got home and it was tofu fried rice so I called up there and they said they would remake it for me. 1 what if I was allergic. 2 when I got there it wasn’t ready after I drove 20 mins back. Also had to show pictures of the wrong order as if I were lying that they gave me the wrong thing. Wouldn’t go back. It wasn’t seasoned, the rice is not the typical fried rice. Pho Sang’s is better. I only went here because Sang’s was closed for the holiday.

This place was one of the best places I’ve been to in a long time. The pho was amazing same goes with the egg rolls. I had the chicken nuggets once and they were pretty decent. The waiter we had was very nice and kind, but what makes this place even more special is the robot serving us the food. It was so cool how they coded it to do what it does and I really see this place becoming famous. If you want any Vietnamese food this is the place:)

Food was great and service was top notch. Our server took his time with us (party with kids) to find what everyone would enjoy. Was very appreciative.
