Paid $21 for a OXTAIL plate with only THREE small oxtail and a ton of rice. Never have I ordered a oxtail plate and only received THREE tiny oxtails. I can get a pack of oxtails for that price. The food was bland and not seasoned at all. Will never again eat here and don’t recommend. Very upsetting. I did not receive plantains or vegetables on my plate. Please take heed to this review and the other ones as I am not the only one who has complained of the portions.

I would give zero stars if I could. I normally don’t do reviews unless I really really have a bad experience. This was a very bad experience for me. I placed an order on Friday on their website for pickup. Arrived to the location and it’s closed with no note or anything on the door at all. They charged my card as well. Called the number on the door and it’s disconnected. I had to find them on Facebook and post a bad review for them to reach out to me. The owner, Terry, reached out and said they don’t take orders on their site as if I was lying so I sent the screenshot. She then tells me that the online site isn’t connected to their bank in which is unheard of because how to take orders that you can’t get paid for? Makes no sense. Fast forward, she suggested I dispute with my bank that will take up to 10 business days to hopefully receive. She said they only do catering now and I will never and don’t recommend anyone deal with this unprofessional business. My order was $48 as I ordered for some guests that I had visiting me and had to apologize to them and wait another hour to order from a different business nearby.

The last time I tried to eat here they were closed for like two days straight or just had been late after the 3rd time of them not opening up on time I just stopped going . after time passed I decided to give them another try smh I regret it . i ordered the lunch special curry chicken and man the rice wasn’t even cooked all the way it was very hard so we’re the peas . they never have anything on the menu their always out of coco bread and beef Pattie’s … i dont know if its the change of staff or what but I just stopped going here wasting my time . they never open on time anymore . then when they do it’s after lunch their never there anymore during lunch time just bad for business. Take your money else where. they have several other Jamaican spots in the area who have it together .

My first time at Jamaican Flavors and it was pleasant. The online app worked like a charm and my food was ready when I walked in the door.The curry chicken was delicious and so we're the plantains. The rice and peas were just okay and the cabbage needed some work.The portions were huge. I had enough left over for dinner. I will go back and try some other things.

The food was absolutely flavorless, which is ironic considering the restaurant's name. I tried the stew and curry chicken, as well as the cabbage. Everything was bland and disappointing. I certainly won't be going back. I wish I could get the money back that I spent.
