Guy with locs takes my order while running his finger through his hair. Then proceeds to construct my sandwich without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I sure hope that I don't become I'll from his dirty hands on my sandwich!!!

Only customer in-store, freaky slow. Ordered a slim sandwich. That's just meat cheese, don't even have to gut bread, then wrap. How come it takes 10mins and you want a tip too.

Customer Service was horrible..There were 2 young girls there neither spoke and had thee Nastiest look on their faces while preparing my sandwiches.I come there often but I will not be back!!!!

I got a gargantuan sub at 7pm. Some of the meat tasted a little off and salami looked slightly discolored. I got up at 3am running to the bathroom with food poisoning. The gargantuan was the only thing I ate between 7pm and 3am and I was fine before that. Please make sure your meat is fresh and throw away anything that isn't fresh anymore, instead of feeding it to customers. I will turn this over to DPH requesting a surprise inspection. Please make sure all of the food both served and stored are safe and sanitary by then. I expected better from Jimmy Johns. You made me sick.

As much as we love JJ today was the last straw. Two of our four sandwiches had hairs in them. I can deal with a lot of things, but improper hygiene is absolutely unacceptable.

I called and spoke with the manager who apologized profusely and is refunding the entire ticket, as that is the bare minimum they should do.

I hope you raise the bar on your employee hygiene standards and customer experience.

They need more staff. The young girls “running” it move slow and don’t know how to make the sandwiches properly. It used to be so fast that once you ordered, it was near ready at the other end when you got there. The wraps look very sloppy. They really need help.

I ordered a spicy Italian unwich, but they gave me white bread by mistake. Once I told them the misunderstanding, the staff were so kind, they remade my sandwich. This place is so awesome. Highly recommend eating here again.

Made an online order with promo code and the order was confirmed. I get there for them to tell me they won't make it because the promo is over. Why didn't they call or cancel the order? Why did they waste 20 minutes of my time? Don't trust them here.

You guys Put out this massive promotion regarding free subs . You started taking orders at 4 yesterday ! I placed my order at 5:18 .
I get a call this morning saying I was too late and they’re cancelling it & just hung up . My first time getting to try Jimmy John’s to not try it smh. Very rude . Very unprofessional.

Tried to do the promo for toasted Tuesday. The Web site is terrible it wouldn't accept the code and said I had to create an account. I did and then it wouldn't accept it a second time stating I already used it!!! Not much of a promo if they block me from using it!!!!!

Today I tried giving this location a try again but truly I learn nothing. I placed an order at 7:50pm and got a call from restaurant at 8:23pm while I'm on my way to the restaurant they called to say they can't make my order because they are out of bread like how is a sandwich shop out of bread it's literally in 90% of what you sell uses bread, plus aren't you supposed to make enough bread to sell day old bread as well as
"French bread is baked throughout the day and never served more than 4 hours old!"

now I'm not just hungry, went out for nothing and wasted my gas, I won't get my money back and need to wait"3 to 5 business days " not to mention my order was $57 and change this shop is a joke and truly mediocre. Whether it's trash management or incompetent works just stay close.

I use to work for Jimmy John's when I was in college in from 2019 to early 2021 in north Carolina, maybe because it was during covid time we had a different standard but it feels like Jimmy John's is only a small shadow of its formal empire. Man we greeted every customer even when busy. We made sandwiches in seconds. Even when it was one or two of us we had a strong standard we could handle between 10 to 20 customers in less then 15 minutes here one order takes 15 minutes. So sad to see.

Going to this location is like stepping into a pocket dimension. The women who work here are loudly, loudly talking to one another. There's a random woman, also not in uniform, behind the counter loudly talking. The sandwiches came out mushed like someone toddler death-gripped it. Just all around a weird experience.
