This place is amazing! I absolutely recommend you coming here! Why..? A year ago I almost died due to emergency stomach surgery. This gave me severe food intolerances. Lucky and Zakia are managers that made sure I had fresh bread and new fresh chicken daily. They even took my phone number to call me to accommodate future orders. Because of them.. my health improved. Give them a try. They really have superb integrity. You should only want to eat at a place that displays great character. 5 stars! The whole staff is great! Do not work here worst environment to work at so unsanitary to even eat at LOW PAY even tho on indeed it say $16 most unprofessional environment too has ppl UNDER the age of 18 cutting and counting the cash drawer which is ILLEGAL eat and work here at your own

Went 2 weeks ago at 8pm. Staff wasn't happy that I came right before closing time (9pm). I ordered my usual #9, easy order, but it was apparent on her face that she wasn't pleased I was there. Last week I came at 8:40pm, but staff mouthed to me (through the glass) that they were closed even though on Google & their website it says 9pm. Other than that, the food is always good -- just get there 2 hours before closing time if you want a meal.

My family and I walked in the store we were not greeted upon entering stood at the front for about 1-1.5 min and the young lady who was apparently a cashier (not in any type of uniform) decides to rise up from the table she is sitting at and come behind the counter and take our order after simply saying “my bad”. After giving her our order (which she didn’t ask if we needed any add ons. We sat down and waited for our meals. The young lady proceeds to talk on her phone the whole time and not help the young gentleman preparing the sandwiches. This is absolutely unprofessional, rude and makes a horrible impression of how you run a business. Clearly there needs to be a manager on duty, training and following of policy. For almost $50 for sandwiches I expect better service.

Weirdest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered through the app. I show up at the restaurant. I walk in in the restaurant. It is completely empty there's no employees there's nobody to any tables it's just completely empty. I say hello, hello, but there's no answer. I look over to the side and there is my order on the stand but nobody is there at all. Just very weird

Hello, this was my first and last time ordering at this jimmy johns in Snellville, ga on scenic highway . The service was terrible I do not recommend ordering in person if your someone like me who already has social anxiety. I walked in the store, no one greeted me I'm not really big on that but I've been to one other jimmy johns and they welcomed me and made me feel wanted to be serviced. I was behind a family who was still ordering when i came in, then someone else was behind me. Once they completed their order it was now my turn to order. I stalled waiting on my queue to start my order by the young lady in the front. I already knew what i wanted but i was waiting for her to say at least hello or something. I then asked if she was ready for me to order after 30 secs had gone past of her not saying anything to me to begin my order. She then rudely responded with no eye contact and told me i could begin ordering. I ordered and it was now time to pay. The card reader had options to tap/insert/swipe, i tapped my card the card declines and she asked me if i tapped the card and i replied yes. She then says well you're supposed to insert the card very rudely, then begins to have a sidebar conversation with her coworker saying they need to put a sign up that says no tapping. like i was supposed to know the rules to their card system. I was never handed my cup since i ordered a combo and all i grabbed was my chips, i then asked for my receipt and was told it be in my bag , i went and sat down very awkwardly. I was then called to the front to get my food but was kinda confused as to what point of this transaction i would get my cup. I asked her if the combos here come with a drink which i already knew but i wanted her clarification since she works there. She then, says the counter is right there the cups are there too you're supposed to grab it . I was immediately flustered because of how rude her demeanor was towards me like i did something to her. I believe her attitude did not put a good look at the Snellville franchise and i hope someone will reply to this post. I'm never the type to be a karen or a complainer but this needed to be reported.

Very disappointed with how I treated yesterday. I usually come to this jimmy johns atleast once a week or a few times a month, but I will no longer come here. I came around 8:20 before the gym so I can have dinner after my workout. I Ordered my regular sub with sauce oregano peppers and some more freebies. As I went to pay, I gave the girl 5 2$ bills and said keep the change. I was subsequently questioned about payment, that was all I had and $2 bills are legal tender in this country and I received the bills from the bank. The lady looked at me like they were fake or something, I've used them before at this jimmy johns and others before. I felt as if the two girls closing profiled me and wouldn't take my money. I'm very upset with the service and you lost a regular. Would not recommend anyone coming here.
