Today I wasn't not happy with service. I went for the second to get the Grinch style doughnuts. The first time I went they didn't have anymore. The doughnuts didn't look like the pictures. I asked but got smart rude answers from the man working there. I was not happy with the service. The cashier on the other hand was nice and apologetic. I will post pictures. The Grinch style was the wrong shape and it looked like a 5 year old decorated them. The Santa belly doughnuts were not much better.

Do not come to this location if you plan on scanning your app. Their system is always down and they couldnât care less if you want to redeem your reward points. The customer service is subpar and leaves a lot to be desired. It is not the cleanest location (inside or out) and the employees make no amen about trying to clean it.

I purchased 12 dozen Glaze donuts on Dec. 12th and didn't receive a box for free. The donuts weren't even freshly made.

There was a huge line and the orders kept getting mixed up, asked to redeem a reward and supposedly they no longer do that but in other locations they do? Ordered a drink and it wasnât even mixed right the drink was overwhelming sweet, very disappointing!

I ordered online for delivery. I ordered at 5:45 and they said theyâll come at 6:40. I started calling them at 7:00. I called 8 times, absolutely no answer, so I called âcorporateâ I guess. They said the only thing they can offer me is a free box of a dozen original glazed donuts. I spent $43 on donuts just for them to not deliver it, not answer the phone, then corporate offer me one free box of donuts. Truly awful location and service.
Today. I drove out of my way to get to this locating to order glaze dots and a caramel latte hot med. To get to the window for Dewayne to tell me that don't have any glaze dots only assorted. I said not I don't want assorted, he proceeded to ring up the coffee had me pay and didn't give me a chance to order something else. Well I got a half cup of cold coffee. And an attitude. That store needs to be closed. I will never go back.

Yesterday I came in and the girl at the window was wearing one glove. I SAW HER use the gloved hand to put each doughnut in the box AND take money. I mentioned how absolutely disgusting that is and she said she didnât when I WATCHED her. Called in this morning to bring it to a managerâs attention, obviously because itâs gross and dangerous. He was so rude and short that I didnât even get to explain the issue. My thing is, all youâre doing is putting doughnuts in a box. Why does everyone always have an attitude at this location? They need a staff revamp with some customer services training. Itâs ridiculous. Fortunately, I got everyoneâs name and will be speaking with the store manager and beyond if I have to.
Update: Tried to give them one more chance. Iâve concluded that the people that work here are slow. They need to close this location all together.
