Rude, incompetent staff. Donuts never in stock.

Got in line at 10:18pm with 2 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the ordering marquee it was 10:36pm and the gentlemen stated they were closed. Online as well as the door says they close at 11:00 pm. When we asked him what time they close he lied and responded “10:30pm”.

They don't honor their online offers. Especially the BOGO. This is at the Scenic highway location. I tried to talk to the manager and showing her my online coupon. She told me that is a corporate problem and I need to contact corporate. She said that they don't have the keys on their register to change the price. After being their almost 30 minutes making phone calls to corporate for him to tell me that it is a marketing problem. I need to let him talk to marketing. I see why they don't hardly have any customers. They are not professional and their young workers need to be back in someone class learning customers service. The manager is worst than them. I know as a manager you can honor what you want. Stop with the craziness and try to keep some customers other than stocking groceries stores. It was obvious that was the only business that you were doing at the time that I was there around lunch time. Nothing but trucks coming in and y'all stocking them.

Customer service is terrible. They take too long. I pulled up to the window and was not greeted and the staff seemed to not care. I am unsure what the disconnect is between this and adequate and efficient customer service.

This location sucks! Always an issue ! Tried to order the hot special on the app for pick up, didn’t work. Sign is still on waiting in line, had the coupon, asked about the coupon and said we had it. By the time we made it to the window price had gone up as it was no longer available as of the 2 minutes it took to get to the window for the coupon to be used.

Everytime I order here, there is always something I have to change because they do not have it. Also the donuts I received today were small, cold, and dry.

Family went to experience the Harry Potter sorting hat donuts and upon arrival, the employee working the window was extremely rude. Instead of politely sharing they were out of the sorting hats donuts and dozen options, she was short, tempered and dismissive, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. There was no apology, no alternative offered, just an attitude that made it clear we were an inconvenience. It completely soured what was supposed to be a fun family outing. If this is how they treat customers, especially families coming with excited kids, it’s hard to justify coming back to this location.

I placed an online order specifically for the Harry Potter donuts and latte, and we went out of our way to pick them up. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any of the products we ordered—even though the signage was still up and the system still allowed me to order them online. To make matters worse, we were told we had to come inside for a refund, then waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The manager finally processed the refund but was rude about it, despite the entire situation being their fault. Completely unacceptable experience. 0/5 stars if I could.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The manager at the Snellville location neglected to share with drive thru customers that their headsets were broken and we sat in line for 10+ minutes trying to order with people behind and in front of us.

We wanted to take part in the hot hour 5-7 and upon going inside, they treated me like an after thought as they helped white customers in front of me. Asked me to move to the side and took my order then walked away from me, twice. By an employee and the manager.

After trying to inquire about the coupon it became 7:01 and they said the coupon no longer was valid. Very poor customer service. Wish there was a closer location because I do not want to support Snellville again. Always a poor experience every visit but this was my last time.

They have roaches in the preparation area and the doughnuts are straight trash.
Response to owner: hire an exterminator, that’ll make things better. I saw the roaches personally 😂.
