I love Krispy Kreme but at this location, I’m so hurt that there is mostly a crossover thing happening when preparing the donuts. Last night my glazed donuts once again had a strawberry or raspberry flavoring taste. May not be an issue for some, and that’s fine, but for me I just couldn’t enjoy them and that sucks when you’re paying $16+ for plain original classic donuts. I didn’t bother to call and complain since most of my family were able to overlook it. Outside of that, I enjoy the customer service for the most part and maybe that’s why I come back but the craving for wanting classic but getting something else? Is giving me the push to switch locations. This review is strictly to help them become more aware that whatever is happening is becoming more noticeable because in the beginning, it wasn’t this high of a notice to me (aka I was willing to deal with it).

It is 9pm on a Thursday night. There are 12 cars (no exaggeration) in the drive thru line and it’s not moving. The inside is not open at all. Why would they allow you to make an online order if you can’t just pick it up. So now everyone that’s in line is PISSED because they already paid!! There are only TWO employees in the building!!! Only two!!! The line has not moved in the 15min that I have been here. This is unacceptable!! Never Again, believe that!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but they literally tried to cancel my order and keep the money! I ordered delivery yesterday (New Years Eve) for a dozen assorted and a dozen original glazed. I ordered it around 2 pm to be delivered at 7:00. At 6:51, I got an email saying my delivery was canceled. No info, nothing. Just a number to call for “more information”. I called 10 times and no response. I ended up having to load my two young kids in the car with me and drive 25 mins to go sort things out because I wanted to either get my donuts or get a refund. I get there (lobby is closed due to short staffing. Totally get it) and am told they canceled it because they were out of assorted donuts… SO WHY DIDN'T they just call me and ask if I wanted something to replace those instead of canceling my delivery ON NEW YEARS EVE and keeping the money I paid for them??? I told them they could just replace it with another glazed dozen because that was fine… I’m just mad because they never reached out, they just canceled it 9 minutes before they were supposed to deliver to my NYE celebration, and then I find out it is because they didn’t have the right donuts and never refunded my money when they canceled. My order was close to $30 so it’s not like it was just a few bucks. Oh, and I asked them to refund me for my delivery driver tip that I paid with the order. My number was taken and I was told the manager would “call me” to sort things out. I’m hopeful she does but won’t be surprised if they were just trying to get rid of me. Hopeful I at least get my delivery driver tip refund or some sort of compensation since I tipped for a delivery that never happened.

Every time I go i’m left at the speaker for a while. Tonight I arrived in the drive-through at 9:40 no one came to the speaker. So then I tried to come inside, the door was locked. They were sending at the register, looked at me and continued on doing what they were doing. I knocked on the door. The one girl told me we’re closed. Finally one of the cashiers came to the door and said we’re closed. I said you guys suppose to close at 10. She said we only have glaze which Is what I wanted. She said we’re closed And then I said it says you’ll close at 10 she told me to go back through the drive-through where she’ll take my order at the window. I asked her what time do you guys close? She said 9:50 and I said well I’ve been sitting at the speaker 10 minutes and she said that’s because we are close. If you are close 20 minutes earlier then Google says, the hours needs to updated per Google?

Unfortunately I've been here a couple times since they opened this location and it somehow gets worse everytime. The other reviews are correct, they never have the specialty doughnuts, and the staff definitely do not care about their jobs. I got a refund on my dozen they didn't have most of the doughnuts for after getting ignored at the window for a while. Inside was pretty clean and the decorations are cute, it's just the food and service that are very bad.

I love Krispy Kreme so I hope things get better in the future. Overall F

I ordered three dozen CHRISTMAS SPECIALTY DOZEN for my Christmas party. Because I had to work, I specifically placed the order and paid through the app in the morning, scheduling pickup for 5 PM. To my surprise, when I arrived at the store, I was told they were sold out. My children were very disappointed, and you ruined my Christmas party! What's the point of ordering in advance through the app if this happens? Nobody even notified me that they were sold out, so I didn't even have a chance to buy them from another store! This is incredibly frustrating, especially during the holiday season. Please don't trust their app for ordering and in-store pickup!
