Love kung fu tea, never this location. Walked in and was told to order at a kiosk before a proper hello, I intended paying cash. Drink is very sweet and the boba balls are hard and flavorless.

I’m pretty sure the drinks got mixed up honestly it was really hard to tell the diff between the winter melon and the honey milk tea and that’s a little sad. They still tasted pretty good though. The boba was too high for the gigantic straws too.

I am not pleased with the way management handled my simple request to make my slush drink with a little extra ice because it was too watery. She refused! I’ve had this drink on multiple occasions, and it’s never been this watered down, but she insisted that it is the way it is, and wouldn’t add a little more ice. I didn’t think I was asking for much but apparently I was wrong. Next time I’ll go to cuckoos cafe in Snellville; they have nicer service there

$7 for a large boba tea and the small isn't too far off from that price. Way too expensive and at least a quarter of it is ice.

I absolutely love this store.

Terrible customer service and awful drinks

The lady owner provided terrible service and the drinks were watered down. Wouldn't recommend.

I did not want ice in my drink and I was told I have to have ice…no ma’am I do not. I don’t want ice. The attitude she has telling me she need to add temperature to the milk, whatever that meant. I like me milk warm, so no. Why can’t I have a choice of how I like my drink I should be told how I must have it

Doesnt even fill up the cup , barely any milk cap for extra 1.25$. Cant even get your refund even tho it seal and you doesnt happy with the products. They even try to charge extra 1.25$ when i asked to redo the milk cap. Not recommended

Order was ready within just a few mins. I ordered my timing off. Surprisingly perfect

I was very Excited to try this place. But was sadly disappointed.The place looks amazing but the milk tea i got was the worst one i ever try in my life.on the bright side the one my girlfriend and Daughter got was ok but not great.

Stopped her because my niece wanted boba tea ?. The shop was clean and service was good. Would have received 5 stars ⭐️ but I ordered green tea with grapefruit. I wanted no sugar but apparently it’s not possible.
