Asked and paid for a fresh pizza they gave me an old one sitting in the heater. The entire box was hot. And pizza looked old.

Im sitting here and customers are in line waiting for them to open. Its past opening time and they are not opening the door. Opens the door for a coworker giggling and laughing then closes the door back. Mind you doing all this with work gloves on. On the phone texting and handling doors. Nasty and totally unprofessional

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Little Caesars located on 150 78 in Lilburn, Georgia. The cleanliness of the restaurant was far from acceptable—floors were sticky, the monitor for ringing up was nasty, the overall atmosphere felt neglected. The service was equally unimpressive; the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. To make matters worse, several employees were not wearing uniforms, which gave an unprofessional impression. Some were even wearing house shoes, raising concerns about hygiene standards. This visit left me questioning the management’s commitment to maintaining a clean and professional environment.

'Closes at 10 PM' even though it clearly doesn't because they close way earlier than the specified time at this location. They have lazy employees that slack off, don't do anything, and laugh all the time while not doing any good deeds to even be considered a 'decent' pizza/Little Caesars joint.
Do not go to this dumpster.
You're much better off not eating anything if it gets to that point.
This might be one of the worst establishments in the Snellville area too.

This is the worst place the buy your pizza, there service is horrible, the lady on front is disrespectful, I order a pizza online, and they did not make it how I order, lady made a second pizza and keep messing up, so she got frustrated, started being rude and disrespectful, arguing that she cannot make me my pizza even though is was her mistake, for two times, so she told me I can leave if I don’t like it, so after I paid for my pizza and waited 1 hour and 30 min for my pizza, to finally receive my pizza with the worst posible attitude, she wanted me to leave with nothing. This is the worst service ever. I never write a review to complain but this was out of line. Don’t disrespect a client, especially when it’s your fault.

I have had better frozen pizza. Save your money!
They refused to make what we ordered. Giving us random pizzas from the warmer. The lady refused to give us what we ordered, refused to refund, and refused to give us corporates number. Should hear something by Friday.
So, again, save your money & buy a frozen pizza because these pizzas are trash

I have come here only twice but each time I have been waited on by Jackie. She is so nice and strives to give the best customer service. The pizza was fresh both times and hot. The pizza was very good!! I will continue to come back.

I haven’t been to Lil Caesar’s in YEARS! Saw the commercial recently about their limited time mango Mountain Dew and decided to stop from my old time favorite crazy bread with xtra butter and Parm. I feel like I walked into a scene of walking dead - low “DMV” energy from the lady in the back - after I ordered my crazy bread Mountain Dew I was told it would be a 10 minute wait, but what I received was CRAZY. Look at this 7 day old thin, hard, tasteless and dehydrated poor looking bread sticks.

Went in tonight to get a classic pepperoni pizza. The guy working the counter told me I couldn’t order that in store they only did classic pizzas online. He told me I could only order a specialty pizza or EMB (that cost a dollar more). So I got the extra most best, waited for about 10 minutes and left. When I got home and opened my box… guess what he had given me?! a classic pepperoni 😑. No more cheese, no more pepperoni. No bigger crust NOTHING. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Until they have better staff members.

Rating it a 3 because I had to wait so long to get my pizza. They say they’re hot and ready and that just wasn’t the case. I called ahead of time to request some before I got there and they said they didn’t do that. Unfortunately had to wait 15 minutes to get my hot and ready pizzas. Otherwise I have no complaints.
