Service bad wait time bad food was good but never again

Lately, it seems like all LongHorn Steakhouse locations have declined in meat quality, but this one was by far the worst. The steak was dry—possibly previously frozen—and wasn’t cooked correctly. The table behind us had the same issue. On top of that, the beer was warm and tasted flat. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money.

We mentioned the problems to our server, but all we got was a simple ‘sorry’—no offer to fix it or replace the meal. In the end, we just took the $40 steak home for our dog. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Friendly atmosphere, food well cooked and tasty. I had a Cheese Burger. It was delicious can not compare with fast food burger joints. Wife had the 6 oz steak with baked potato. Also delicious. We where so hungry we forgot the pictures. Next time.

I placed an online order. I arrived at 7:51, food wasn't ready. The young lady said 10 minutes. I returned, at 8:10, food still wasnt ready. 15 minutes later, they brough my order. I ordered salmon with shrimp, a salad, broccoli, and a baked potato. The young lady said they were out of shrimp so they would have to refund that portion. I was missing the baked potato, and broccoli. They gave me bacon mixed with the chives. I only requested chives as I'm allergic to pork.
It took another 10-15 minutes to receive the refund for the shrimp. Keep in mind tbe manager never came to address anything. I get home and the salmon, which I specified well done, was basically raw in the center. With this experience an entire refund should be provided.

I don't typically write reviews. However, I had to make sure that my service was documented. I have visited this location several times as we live in Lilburn and every time the service gets worse. There are typically enough staff members for both In-Srrvice Patrons and Take-out Patrons but the staff seems to be over worked or totally clueless regarding servicing their guests. They're slow, unprofessional, and seemingly don't give a damn regarding the service given to their guests. Unless you're desperately in need of food or service doesn't matter I would not patronage this location.

This has to be the worst location and it’s only going downhill. I was on hold for an hour trying to place a to go order. Decided to drive the restaurant which was nearly empty. The phone was ringing off the hook, the manager was on the phone in the lobby and the to go “specialist” took her time coming to see the long line of people trying to place an order. She didn’t seem to care at all that people had been waiting. I tried calling to talk to the manager and there was nothing but excuses. Terrible customer service today. Please do better.

The smell and lighting was bad. The bathroom Ms were horrible. The paper dispenser in The women’s had rust spots all over it! This entire restaurant needs an upgrade.

The restaurant should eliminate the online check in option, it's pointless. And the restaurant really should cater to the comfort of the guest not the wait staff. We're sitting here in 60 degree thermostat temperature and 59 outside... And the staff don't feel it, because they're the only people actually moving, while we are sitting here freezing. I even said, it's cold in here, and the waitress said, we'll im hot. WFT

We were just in the lilburn location with a 15 minutes wait that was only a few minutes at the time of the shift change. And we selected the 9 oz flos fillets and shrimp appetizer that came out pretty quickly The total time in the restaurant was about 40 minutes we didn't think it was going to happen for steaks tonight but they came through. The steak was delicious just like we like them cooked med rare with loaded baked potatoes and we took most of it home. Thank you Long Horns

Parking: No bar tender during the shift change sorry folks. Still had Christmas decorations on the steer over the bar. It's February already.

One time is a mistake and twice makes it a habit. I ordered food from this establishment on Valentine’s Day and was extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. We ordered steaks and got not steak sauce and bread with no butter. To top it off, loaded baked potatoes without the cheese and bacon. This is unacceptable and over priced for the end result. SMH. If you order from this location, please be ready to check behind them.
