I ordered online for to go pickup. Drove to a Togo parking space and entered the space number as instructed by the text. After about 15 minutes of waiting for the order to come out, I decided to go in and see what was talking so long for the take out to come. Once inside I had to wait another 5-7 min for someone to acknowledge me. Then another 5-6 min for the food to be retrieved. By the time I got the Togo order, it was cold. Come on guys! You are better than this!!

Order from here all the time. I can’t understand how a steak restaurant gets steak so wrong. Ordered three medium flos filets and get 3 well done dry steaks. Sucks when it’s what’s planned for dinner and you get all the way home to this. Call to speak to a manager at 6:30 and I’m told they are all in a meeting. During dinner. Ok.

My son and I ordered the same meal but he added 7 pepper seasonings and wanted his steak medium..I wanted mine med well. They got the order mixed up. Remade mine but still got it wrong. Waitress was fake nice appeared to irritated with me because they kept bringing me an overcooked hot steak that I ddnt order. Go figure.

For the first time I have had terrible service. I have been coming her for about 7yrs. Food took forever to come out....steak came out messy and, ckn finger platter...you could tell the grease in the fryer was dirty....amh....server didn't care. Asked for the manager and he said we could get a free dessert ???......when it was time for dessert I told the server he could have it.

The service was so slow. We asked to speak to the manager after waiting an hour for our food. Others around us that ordered when we did received their food, dessert, take out boxes and left the restaurant before we were served. Manager blamed the number of take out orders and discounted our bill 25%. It will be a long time before I consider returning.

My family and I had dinner there a couple days ago and although the food was very good the service was very slow. We waited 45 minutes for our meal and our server was trying to her best to manage all of her tables but you could tell it was a lot . The restaurant itself was very dirty , bathrooms had overflowing trash cans , paper all over the floor and then the carpet throughout the entire restaurant needed to be vacuumed terribly . There were also several table around us that sat uncleared the entire time we were there , isn’t this unsanitary? Lilburn has very few restaurants and it’s a shame there is not better management on staff to regulate this location.
