I walled into the restaurant and was greeted by a female (young) and she gave me the deer and the headlight look, and uttered, Hello, how many in your party?” Her voice tone sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Another young male told me to follow him. He first sat me in the center of an empty restaurant, and I asked if another table I saw in a much better lighting was available. He then walked me the the table I asked for, and sat my menu and silverware on the table and rudely walked off without saying another word. I sat there for approximately 7 minutes before another server yelled at a young female server she had a customer (Me)… Immediately I asked to speak to a manager, and she first, said, “I got you, and then I continue to speak with the manager. The manager (White older male) arrived from the back, asked me how can I help you? I pointed out the young male that sat me at my table and explained to the manager his actions, and suggested that he needs to be retrained on customer service. I further explained that I was a veteran and was appalled how I was treated by his staff. I mentioned that I would never patronize his location again. Both of his responses were, “Okay.. Okay.. I was expecting for the manager to at least apologize and acknowledge my complaints.

Been here a few times because, let’s be real, sometimes you just need a steak. LongHorn definitely delivers the steakhouse vibes, dark wood, sizzling plates. Steaks are decent! Pro tip: if you like yours medium, maybe order rare-to-medium instead… they have a habit of going a little over (unless you like your “medium” with some crunch 😅). A bit on the salty side too, so hydrate accordingly. Pricing? Yeah, it’s a bit $$$, but hey, it’s a steakhouse, not a Tuesday night fast food run. Solid spot if you're craving red meat, don't mind a little salt, and like your dinner with a side of cowboy energy. 🥩🤠

The Longhorn snelville was overly salty and over-seasoned. It was missing the roasted lime it usually comes with. The loaded baked potato filling was mixed and unappealing, and the salad looked old. Quality and presentation could be improved for a better experience.

Really bad service waiting an hour and a half for our food to come cold.Server must’ve been having a bad day never checked on us didn’t have utilities or condiments.

Gave our server $10 in cash & checked our bank statement 2 days later to find out she tipped herself $10 extra on our card ! We contacted a manager and they did NOTHING about it! Kept saying they were going to call back or check the schedule but never did. It’s a really unfortunate situation. I would not recommend this location. Disgusting behavior.

They served me raw food and didn’t even offer to comp anything. Such a disappointment. I’m concerned for the safety of everyone eating here.
First and last time at this location. Ordered carry out on a Friday night. I of course understand Friday nights can be very busy. But sat outside for 15 minutes for them to bring the food out. No big deal, but when the girl pulled up beside me and got her food first I figured I should go inside. I go inside to the carryout counter and found out that there was a little mixup and they didn’t get a chance to bring the food out when it was ready. Again, no big deal get the food home. Take it out of the bag. Shame on me for not checking it at the restaurant, but it was missing two of the meats that we ordered. The containers had fries in it but no steak or chicken. drive all the way back to the restaurant, ask for the manager. Was not upset, was not belligerent. I politely let her know that two of the meats were missing off of our ticket and the manager goes back to the back. A couple minutes later, the manager comes back up and ask again what was missing I explained one of the steaks and one of the chickens was missing. the manager informed me that couldn’t be right because she was the one who packed the bag. Again, I politely said what was missing, no argument no fuss. The manager then said she would go back and cook the food that was missing again and offered an appetizer and something to drink. 10 minutes later, I was given my food by one of the servers, not the manager. I felt this was a little impolite, but again didn’t make any fuss. I didn’t want an argument. get the food home, and the steak that was cooked this time, we tried to eat it at home and it was so overly seasoned that there was no way to eat it because it was beyond hot and spicy. As much as I would like to give people the benefit of the doubt, I would truly have to believe that this was a level of retaliation for me coming back up there and saying that some of the food was missing in the original bag. Longhorn may be the steakhouse of choice in Atlanta, but we will not be coming to this one ever again.
