We were really looking forward to a great dining experience at LongHorn, and while the food was delicious, the service was disappointing. Our server-Natalie H. didn’t greet us, never smiled until she gave us the check, and completely overlooked basic service needs. Meanwhile, another group that arrived after us received prompt attention.
