Disappointed with the Server, But the Food Was Good 😕🥩”

We were really looking forward to a great dining experience at LongHorn, and while the food was delicious, the service was disappointing. Our server-Natalie H. didn’t greet us, never smiled until she gave us the check, and completely overlooked basic service needs. Meanwhile, another group that arrived after us received prompt attention.

Everything was delicious. My mom is in town and we visited with her bestie 💕 Our waiter suggested the appetizer and it was a great start to the train of amazing dishes. Will definitely be back.
