Pizza descent, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband & I waited & waited & waited for our pizza while others walked in, ordered & left! We will not be back!

I wished I could remember the staff member that helped me and a person on the phone to complete an order. He was so amazing. Thank you I'm a regular customer back it's staff like this that makes folks come back. Great job

WAQUS the store manager at 3300 Centerville hwy snellville ga refused to simply put bbq sauce on the pizza that we pay $27 for instead of a side cup because apparently Marcos will yell at him . Even tho we been getting the same pizza from here literally for 5 years and every time we order the pizza it doesn’t give an option to drizzle the sauce on top so we usually call and they have nooooo issue with doing it but today at this one and only location this manger is to scared to please the customer

Whenever I patronize this business, I am always greeted with great customer service. The staff is very friendly and my order is made in a timely manner. With rising prices in this economy, this type of service is the only way I will spend my money with no regrets. I would definitely recommend this location!

I frequent this location because it’s convenient to me and I had never had any issues besides the slight attitude from the young people behind the register. I went in today and placed the order on the receipt. When I get home I open the wings and there are only 10 wings in the box when I paid for 15 wings. I call the restaurant and explained the situation to Kaylin. She said it shouldn’t be an issue that they should be able to remake them for me. I tell her I don’t need the whole order remade, that I would just like the 5 wings that are missing and that I paid for to be made because at this point I’m ready to eat after work. She says ok. I tell her that I will send my husband to pick them up and she said ok. When my husband gets there she told him that she needed the box of wings to confirm that the wings were missing. At no point in the phone conversation that I had with Kaylin did she tell me that I needed to send the box of wings to the restaurant. She gave him a hard time and embarrassed him in front of a restaurant full of people over 5 wings that THEY carelessly forgot to put in my order. I don’t appreciate that.

I am so thankful to have this Marcos location close to my home. My order is always correct and delicious. The store is always clean and the management is great! Definitely recommend!!
It was a great place to pick up a pizza. The cooking was efficient, and had plenty of time to cook everything on top of the pizza as well as the dough, the sauce, and their secret spices. The finished product was delishous and I will definitely go there again. The TV was shotty though and had one channel that kept fading in and out. I think it was only for take out and delivery.

Pizza was very greasy, and it took a long time to make, I've ordered at other places for carry out, and it generally takes about 15 mins, don't know if I would go back for food, but nice workers.
