I went to this location on the way to a youth sporting event. I ordered a plain biscuit. After waiting in line a good bit of time the car in front off us handed an opened item back to the window saying this isn’t what we ordered. He then pulled up and we were at the window. I checked our bag as the man in front of us was out of his car walking back to the window to request straws. I spent about 8 mins waiting for my food and when I got home the bread was stale, burger was hard and cheese was hard. I do not understand why they would serve this to anybody. I called to speak to a manager, but I was told he would call me back (never received the call). I filled out the survey requesting someone call me... no one did. My son order the Big Mac and the bread was hard and the burger was half the size of the bread. Total disappointment.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I live not too far from it so I keep giving them chance after chance but after today I am so done. They can never get my order right. Then when you try to correct them they have an attitude. I have never been there and not had a problem. SMH from now on I will drive down just a little further to go to the other McDonald’s. 🙄
