Giving two stars because prior to this had no poor experience, but after today this location will be a no go for me. We were at the order box in the drive thru. (Breakfast time) I wanted a #8 meal and #2 just the sandwich. When ordering, my boyfriend repeated the order and said #2 just the biscuit. It’s a mcmuffin so I can understand the confusion hen he said biscuit. But the lady caught the worst attitude ever over saying biscuit instead of mcmuffin. She said “IT IS A MCMUFFIN NOT A BISCUIT” very rudely. He apologized and then repeated he just wanted the sandwich. I guess because he did not say MCMUFFIN the lady lost her mind and just kept sayinf “it’s a mcmuffin not a biscuit” over and over. We couldn’t finish our order after that because she cut us off and gave us the total. I can understand some customers may ask for a #2 and mean they want a biscuit, but the fact that she got that angry that he did not use the right wording is beyond me. I felt like she actually wanted to fight us the way she was acting. We left before getting to window cause honey it’s not worth losing my mind over.

I had ordered a spicy Mcchicken and the chicken looked like it had been recooked multiple times it was super dark brown on the outside. Plus it tasted greasy as can be, super small piece of chicken as well. I also got large fries and it wasn't even filled up half way.

Wow..this is the SLOWEST McDonald's in Georgia! Took 20 minutes to get a dine-in egg mcmuffin. Had others coming in from the drive thru saying they'd been waiting for their food for 30 minutes! Time to close down...even IHOP and Dennys is faster! Also saw a guy come in from the drive thru pissed off his eggs were burnt up. He cussed them out. And the staff laughed about after he left. This staff is horrible. I went at 1030am on a Sunday. Retrain or fire the entire crew! SMH.

I see why this place is badly reviewed. I’ve stopped here 3 times within 1 month because this is convenient for me. These people never have Frappes and it’s incredibly aggravating. And they don’t care so. Have fun.
I normally never have any problems with either of this McDonald’s, but I think they overcharged me when I asked for my receipt. This is what they gave me.

The food is always bad in the morning.I just got some food from them today. My food was lukewarm/dry and my orange juice had some kind of residue in it. Like, it been sitting in that refrigerator over the expiration date. I thought it was pulp until I looked into it. This is the third time my food has been trash.

Drive Thru: Surprised that the fries were hot and I didn't have to pull over to wait. The guy taking my order and the guy at the first window customer service was great. The shake machine was up and running and got my shake filled to the brim instead of half full. I asked for a cup of water and wasn't given attitude. Apple slices were fresh with a future date.
Lobby/Inside: I came back to get an apple pie and saw the same crew. The lady with the Purple shirt and dreads was very accommodating. Her customer service was amazing. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the bathroom was filthy. My First time here and didn't expect great costumer service from McDonald's. This crew was on point that I had to leave a review. Overall, I'll be back
