One the worst ones u have been to and truly I been to some bad ones but you sit in a line for almost 45 mints then wait to order food another 10 and takes forever for your food to come out and it’s not even fresh. Truly needs new management. And for the price to be so expensive it’s like you pay almost $20 bucks for a meal that isn’t even good.

We had a very large order which was prepared quickly. We discovered an extra item in the bag which we didn't order or pay for, but extra is better than not receiving an item. Good food.

The girl at the windows was super nice, but my order wasn't correct. I went ahead and ate it. She probably didn't know. Oh well! It happens.

Yeah, when you get the wrong order and they tell you, “Oh, you don’t need to bring any of that back, just come back and ask for someone at the counter,” don’t trust it. I honestly think the staff either doesn’t know what they’re doing or just doesn’t care enough. When I went back, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about—even though it had only been 10 minutes since the phone call. The lack of communication and accountability was wild. Maybe some memory training would help the team, because this was ridiculous.

Unprofessional staff and management; rude; inconsiderate, passive aggressive, neglectful; gets order wrong, wait time too long; poor treatment, could care less about customer service; I wouldn’t trust them and believe that the management staff and food lacks integrity
Only because I had to give something. I ask nicely for a fresh crispy mchicken, told then I had no problem waiting, it was still at least 30 minutes begore closing. Pulled up, turned off the car, they walked out with it done. From ordering, paying and receiving sandwhich was maybe 3 minutes. You can automatically smell it had been redropped in the grease, let alone it was a piece that had been sitting for a good while. And why even bother to go complain, they'll get more mad because they have to do it again and no telling what it might taste like then. Please don't say you can cook it fresh if your employees dont plan on doing their job correctly and fulfill it.

I ordered out the value menu burgers were made wrong wrong price charged after I told them their value menu board was out and I wasn’t sure how much I was supposed to pay when I asked for a refund. They got testy with me and held up the line.

10 minutes for a hash and I'm telling them and the lady who gives you the food gets angry
I live near here and today was my worst experience. I ordered a Mc chickenand the bun was cold and the chicken was hard and dry. I couldn't chew it at all. I hope the management can supervise the production of the staff.
