My 9-year-old daughter and I came in for a Mommy-and-Daughter outing and were told we could sit anywhere. Menus were brought to us and we were told our waitress would be right over. We then sat for nearly 20 minutes with no service at all—no drinks, no check-in, nothing.

During that time, an older couple who arrived after us was seated and received immediate service, which was extremely upsetting and made us feel completely disregarded. When we finally informed a waiter, he apologized and offered to take our order, but by then the experience had already been ruined.

Whether intentional or not, the lack of acknowledgment made us feel overlooked and unwelcome.

This was meant to be a special moment, and instead it was deeply disappointing. I hope this is addressed so all guests receive equal and respectful service.

the Best pizza you can get in this entire area, we got the Maui wowie this time, disappointed we couldn't get the wild in Havana, but it's a seasonal Pizza but I tell you what they still knocked it out of the park and we're great in their customer service. can't wait to see them again

I ordered pizza last week, and it appeared to be undercooked and doughy. Additionally, the pizza was cold when I received it. Given the price, this was disappointing, and I would not consider purchasing this pizza again for my family.

Always a premier Pizza joint Mella Mushroom gets their ingredients all from the same place. Its great spring water dough. Delicious meats and awesome cheese. Also the sauce is really good
