One guy working trying to do online orders and customers. Not his fault but this location doesn’t staff. It looks run down and is very dim inside. Corporate needs to step in on this location. Very bad.
Also super slow… but what can you expect when you only hire one guy.

I used to eat at Moe’s several times a week. It was my go to place. I moved out of the Atlanta area about ten years ago. I’m back in town temporarily for work and have been to three different locations. Snellville, Tucker, and Hamilton Mill. The Snellville location needs to repair the drink machine as it’s really loud!
I’m sorry to now see that they are all kinda run down. The quality of the food is average and the employees seem to find it hard to put down their phones to prepare your food.
Younger generation? Has this restaurant chain run its course and now slowly fading away?
I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems to be across the board. Sad to see.

Been here 3 times within the last 4 months and the food has been sloppily made and nasty each time. Staff needs training on how to prepare food instead of just throwing it together causing a mess.

Wow I walked into Moes on st mountain highway right next to green basil, and I am a person who never writes bad reviews but as soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was, I mean it was filthy, I almost walked out, and then I had to get the attention of one of the women behind the counter because she was ignoring me me for a while, and it gets much worse, when she did come over to assist me it was almost as if she was angry and annoyed never smiled one never said hi , just put my food in the bowl I ordered in a very rude manner, this experience was awful, no matter how the food tastes I’m never ever coming back here, what a nightmare, place was empty food uncovered lettuce was brown, next time I’ll drive across town and go to Chipotle, this was absolutely horrible, the ladies working there should be fired

Absolutely horrible customer service. I did an online order and asked for it to be hand delivered and yes I did tip online. They for one gave me a fountain cup of water when I paid $2.49 for a bottle of water. Two they dropped it off at the WRONG address and did not even attempt to hand deliver it and it pouring rain outside so my food is soaked. Now they will not answer a phone call. Do not order delivery unless you want it all messed up.
My son and I walked in on Thursday evening for dinner. We had about 7-8 people in front of us in Line. The line started to build up behind us as well. After waiting almost 30 mins in line we come to find out they were out of at least 6-7 toppings. My son was so hungry it past his dinner time by now. It would’ve been nice for the workers to let people know they were out of that many toppings. One or two I understand but most of them that is unacceptable. It would’ve been nice for them to let people know they were out of that many toppings when people were walking in or put a sign up saying that you guys are out of toppings. So we left and went to chipotle. Not only us even the people behind us got upset after waiting they all left. Moe’s management needs to do a better job and stay on top of it. I’m sorry moes we won’t be returning to this location again. Thanks to chipotle for great service and always great food and service.

This was a disappointing visit. The food was ok but they were out of tofu which is why I chose to eat here. Doesn’t seem like the cleaning is kept up with. The soda machine is dirty.
