This was a disappointing visit. The food was ok but they were out of tofu which is why I chose to eat here. Doesn’t seem like the cleaning is kept up with. The soda machine is dirty.

If you wanna be a mobile only place just commit. The drink machine was out of basically everything, the store itself was dimly lit and dingy. The only other people were a gentle hum of doordash types.

Terrible customer service! Order through mobile app location cancelled part of my order and refuses to refund the other part. I've called that location over 30 times in the last 5 days they refuse to answer the phone. I called the corporate customer service number they put in a refund request stated the manager will contact me within 72 hours havent heard from them yet. Called the corporate office again this morning asking to escalate the issue to the district manager and they refused to do so.

It breaks my heart to write this..because moes was my favorite restaurant..Moes has gone downhill as a WHOLE.the chicken tastes disgusting now and everything just tastes old.idk what genius decided to change the recipe because moes was DELICIOUS 10 YEARS AGO ..YALL need to get it together because this is just DISAPPOINTING..yall go to the one in Decatur that is the only one that still has the original Moes taste
