Frank is the absolute best! I hadn’t been to Moes in some years and he helped me out tremendously in creating the perfect meal! Assisting me and educating me every step of the way; He really needs a raise or something for the unmatched hospitality for real! 10/5 stars

Came in tonight with my kids to grab food. There was an issue with system processing gift cards. My frustration turned to relief as the GM Franklin resolve the situation immediately. I left a photo of my gift card with the woman working at the front out of good faith. Thank you so much! We will be back. Food is also awesome

This has always been my go to spot but since the remodel the atmosphere has evolved significantly! It’s super inviting and the staff is amazing, and the manager is one of those people that feels like family. Love coming to this location.

Stopped by Moe’s Southwest Grill and had a great experience. Big shout-out to Frank for his excellent customer service, he made sure everything was right and went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Moe’s locations I’ve been to!

When it comes to fast-casual Mexican food, Moe’s Southwest Grill has built a name for itself by offering customizable meals, a lively atmosphere, and that signature greeting of “Welcome to Moe’s!” whenever you walk through the door. My recent visit to the Snellville location was overall a pleasant experience, though I have to admit that it’s not a place I frequent unless I have a coupon. That’s not to say the food isn’t decent or the service lacking, but rather that the value for me feels best when paired with a discount.

Let’s start with the food itself. Moe’s offers a variety of burritos, bowls, quesadillas, nachos, and tacos, and one of their strengths is letting customers customize their meals exactly the way they like. On this visit, the food was decent—fresh enough, served hot, and portion sizes were fair. While I wouldn’t describe it as extraordinary or particularly memorable, it gets the job done for a quick bite. The chips and salsa that come with every order are a nice touch, and I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for it. The salsa bar, with its different varieties and spice levels, adds some customization to the experience and gives customers more control over flavor. Still, compared to some of the other fast-casual Mexican chains out there, Moe’s food doesn’t always stand out. It’s consistent, though, and you can usually count on a reliable meal.

The atmosphere at the Snellville location was enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and had a casual, relaxed vibe. Moe’s always aims for a slightly fun and energetic feel, and this location achieved that. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick lunch or bringing in the family for dinner, the environment feels welcoming. The tables were tidy, and I noticed that employees made an effort to clear them promptly when customers left, which shows good management and attention to detail. Music played in the background at a comfortable volume, which added to the upbeat tone without being too distracting.

The employees here were another highlight of the visit. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. From the moment I walked in and was greeted with the trademark “Welcome to Moe’s!” to the cashier who rang up my order with a smile, it was clear that customer service is taken seriously at this location. They were patient as I asked questions about the menu, and they made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted. Good service goes a long way in making a dining experience more enjoyable, and this team did a commendable job.

That said, while Moe’s in Snellville checks the boxes of decent food, good atmosphere, and friendly service, I still find myself only coming here when I receive a coupon. The reason is simple: the prices feel a bit steep for what you get, especially when you compare it to competitors in the area. The food is solid but not exceptional, and without a coupon, it doesn’t always feel like the best value for the money. With a coupon, though, I find the experience much more worthwhile, and that’s usually when I make the trip.

Overall, Moe’s in Snellville is a good option if you’re in the mood for customizable Mexican-style fast food served in a clean, friendly environment. The staff are attentive, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is reliable, even if it doesn’t blow you away. For me, the occasional coupon makes it worth the visit, and when I do go, I leave satisfied.

One guy working trying to do online orders and customers. Not his fault but this location doesn’t staff. It looks run down and is very dim inside. Corporate needs to step in on this location. Very bad.

Also super slow… but what can you expect when you only hire one guy.

I used to eat at Moe’s several times a week. It was my go to place. I moved out of the Atlanta area about ten years ago. I’m back in town temporarily for work and have been to three different locations. Snellville, Tucker, and Hamilton Mill.
The Snellville location needs to repair the drink machine as it’s really loud!

I’m sorry to now see that they are all kinda run down. The quality of the food is average and the employees seem to find it hard to put down their phones to prepare your food.

Younger generation? Has this restaurant chain run its course and now slowly fading away?

I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems to be across the board. Sad to see.
