I ordered a box of Bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes as a get-well gift for my boss, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Their system altered the delivery address, changing just the house number to one that doesn’t exist. The driver claimed the order was delivered, but when my boss' brother went outside, there was absolutely nothing — no package at the door, no neighbors with it, nothing.
When I contacted the store, I expected a simple investigation or offer to help fix the issue. Instead, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive manager who refused to take any responsibility and showed zero concern for customer service. There was no apology, no offer to redeliver, and no refund.
This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture, and it ended up being a complete embarrassment. I’ll never order from Nothing Bundt Cakes again and would strongly urge others to be cautious — especially if you're relying on their delivery system for a special occasion.
The cakes are good. The staff is disgusting. My one year-old son was asleep in the car and they couldn't walk my cupcakes out 10 feet so that I didn't have to wake him up because they claim they don't do curbside which all over their website it says that they do curbside but my Point here is that there are sometimes in life when exceptions are necessary And I just felt like it wasn't asking for something too big I even said I could meet them at the front of the door and then they asked me to close the door while I was standing there for 25 seconds I won't be back to the store and I won't be ever buying a Bundt cake again Especially at the Snellville location. Worst customer service I’ve literally ever had.
If I could give it a 0 star I would terrible customer service terrible management and left me on hold for 30 minutes I have been buying from nothing Bundt cake for 4 years now and never had this issue I will be contacting corporate.
The cakes taste homemade with good ingredients. I'm always back here to get a birthday cake.

I had the most amazing interaction with your employee Noah. He was gentle and efficient, waiting for me to download the app all while tending to several other customers entering.
He told me about some past flavors too. I was just coming to get 2 Bundlets but I had just bought a friend a 8 inch cake in April. I will surely be back and thanks Noah again for your superior customer service.
I’m a mother and this is a terrible place. It’s been 2 weeks since we bought a cake from here and when my children ate it, they were sick the whole spring break. One of my daughters keeps vomiting constantly and another one had a horrible stomachache. And the guy also working there was staring at one of daughter’s strangely. Horrible place, would not recommend for anyone.
Due the weekend snowstorm, I placed a call to this business on the morning of 01/11/25 to see if they would still honor and extend the time to claim the complimentary birthday bundtlet. It was explained to the young man I spoke to (no name provided) that I was unable to claim the cake on the last day (1/10) because their store was closed due to the snowstorm. I asked to speak to the manager so he placed me on hold. When he returned he told me that his manager told him to tell me that when the coupon expired there was nothing they could do. Again, the store was closed because of the snowstorm. Following what the manager told him, he proceeded to give me their company’s email address to further inquire as to what I should do. Again, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was busy. I visited the store and asked a young lady for the manager. I spoke to someone named Jacob who identified himself as being the manager. I explained my situation to him surrounding the complimentary birthday cake that I was unable to claim on the last day (1/10) because they were closed due to the snowstorm. I further explained that I called the store earlier this morning and requested to speak to him, but was told by way of another employee that he was busy. I told Jacob that at this point I was beyond getting a cake, that it was more about him not being able to take a 2-3 minute phone call to address a concern that I as a paying customer had that was troubling. Jacob said his reason for not taking my call was because he was baking a cake. I supported this business with my patronage for the past few years. One thing Jacob as a manager and Nothing Bundt Cakes as a whole needs to understand is this company would cease to exist were it not for me and customers like me that spend our money with this company. This is a basic, but very important concept. And it’s very apparent that Jacob doesn’t understand that concept. Jacob did not even make an attempt to resolve matters with me. In fact, he was quite dismissive. He could really use some training in how to have better customer relations and how to provide better customer service. As customer, I was made to feel like my business wasn’t valued. And that is without a doubt a recipe for a business’s decline. It was very clear he never gave a second thought to the idea of what he could possibly do to keep me as a customer. There was a time when the success or failure of a business depended upon word of mouth, but now we have the internet. Nothin Bundt Cakes you are not too big to fail. And for this reason, I will no longer support this business with my money and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Order a cake for Xmas and it was horrible it had a weird smell and tasted horrible I cut three guests a piece and they all said the same thing so I waited for them to open today to take the whole cake back to the store to show/tell them about my experience which was a whole cake only like 10% missing just for the rude manager to tell me nothing is wrong with the cake it don’t smell funny so I’m not giving u a refund I’m like I’m the customer so if I say something is wrong then it wrong she said noo then I said I brought the cake back she said well come pick it up I was very disappointed with how she acted on the phone and I will never be ordering another cake from them and advise you to do the same

Great birthday treat! I got my free cake and I purchased 3 more to share with my fam. Delicious! My favorite is the pumpkin spice and the white chocolate raspberry. Customer service was outstanding. I’m very indecisive but the sales person was very kind and patient. FYI I went to the Snellville location.
