I had a very disappointing experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Snellville. I purchased a cake for my daughter’s birthday, but it was undercooked and tasted bad. I’ve purchased from this location several times before without any issues, but this was my first time interacting with Molly.
When I called to address the issue, two young ladies were polite and helpful, but then Molly got on the phone and immediately became rude and dismissive. She didn’t want to hear my concerns and interrupted me several times. She told me to bring the cake back for a replacement, but when I arrived, I explained that I no longer wanted a new cake due to her attitude. Molly became upset and said, “No refund—bye!” without even looking at the cake.
When I asked for her full name and the owner’s contact information, she refused to provide either. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but discovered the business isn’t accredited there.
I’ve never encountered such unprofessional customer service—especially from someone representing a bakery known for its kindness and quality. Molly’s behavior was extremely rude, and I truly hope management addresses this issue.

Love the cakes! We like lemon flavor the best, but that's also due to not having any artificial coloring dyes. Whenever we come here the service is always good.

We had a lot of hassle getting a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday delivered. Manager and staff initially unwilling to help or figure out where their delivery service delivered the cake. I had received a text from Uber it was delivered to a hospital after a confused driver told me he had a wrong address. When I called the store a young lady at location was super rude. Put me on hold 5 times and had no intention of speaking with me to help track down the cake or send out another cake. She repeatedly told me Uber was to blame, but their staff in store gave driver the wrong address when their system went down. An hour after initial message cake was delivered to a hospital the cake ended up at the correct address. Molly called from the location to help sort out the issue and asked me to call her back, but the young lady answering seemed unwilling to take down my message. The young lady at the store is not suited for customer service.

I order a cake with deco for a birthday. Upon picking up the order the decorations look total different than the photos. I kindly asked if the decoration could be changed out, because it looked total different than what was previously observed. I was then told that, yes, I could change it for an additional charge. I've already paid for decorations that will not be used.

Molly the operation specialist was extremely rude to my daughter during her job interview. No wonder the reviews are the way they are. I’ll just drive to the Buford location going forward.

I would certainly have to agree with Denita. She is absolutely correct. My daughter worked here for a VERY SHORT time due to the disrespect and treatment she endured from Molly. I myself entered that store several times to purchase items and witnessed the bad vibes and treatment of the young staff. While my daughter was there for a short time , I saw new hires quit or walk out , Molly talk to the high school hires as if they meant nothing , she made comments and treated my child badly while she worked. She argued and talked nasty with her staff. She is a miserable , disrespectful individual. The fact that the owner has not questioned the high turn over rate or fired Molly yet is very interesting. This store definitely needs to be looked into throughly, a new manager for sure is certainly needed if the owner has any integrity.

I have been to this store multiple times and noticed the atmosphere is not as friendly. I asked about the friendly cashier who usually waits on me to find out she’s no longer working there. The baker quit the week before from my understanding and back of the house walked out due to the repeated disrespect. Maybe someone should look at the treatment of the team members because it affects the atmosphere in this store. High turnover is a sign of bad leadership.

The Snickers Cake is horrible. They are also charging an upcharge for this horrible cake. Don't waste your money!!!

I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday on August 15, 2025 and scheduled a time to pick it up the following day. When I arrived, there was a line. When it was my turn, the employee checked my ID and went in the back to get my cake. She came back empty handed and told me they were finishing up the decorations, and it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting almost 15 more minutes, I asked her about my cake. She went in the back again, and she comes back out EMPTY HANDED. She said it would be just a few more minutes. As I was waiting, more people came in the shop and the line curved around almost to the point of going into the back of the shop. Also, there were others waiting an excessive amount of time to receive their orders. After I had been waiting 40 minutes, I told the employee to just give me a refund on my cake. She told me I would need to speak to the manager. I told her okay. I would speak to the manager. Within 30 seconds of me asking for a refund, my cake miraculously was ready. Although their cakes taste very good, I will NOT be shopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes again. This was beyond ridiculous.

I ordered a box of Bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes as a get-well gift for my boss, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Their system altered the delivery address, changing just the house number to one that doesn’t exist. The driver claimed the order was delivered, but when my boss' brother went outside, there was absolutely nothing — no package at the door, no neighbors with it, nothing.
When I contacted the store, I expected a simple investigation or offer to help fix the issue. Instead, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive manager who refused to take any responsibility and showed zero concern for customer service. There was no apology, no offer to redeliver, and no refund.
This was meant to be a thoughtful gesture, and it ended up being a complete embarrassment. I’ll never order from Nothing Bundt Cakes again and would strongly urge others to be cautious — especially if you're relying on their delivery system for a special occasion.

The cakes are good. The staff is disgusting. My one year-old son was asleep in the car and they couldn't walk my cupcakes out 10 feet so that I didn't have to wake him up because they claim they don't do curbside which all over their website it says that they do curbside but my Point here is that there are sometimes in life when exceptions are necessary And I just felt like it wasn't asking for something too big I even said I could meet them at the front of the door and then they asked me to close the door while I was standing there for 25 seconds I won't be back to the store and I won't be ever buying a Bundt cake again Especially at the Snellville location. Worst customer service I’ve literally ever had.
If I could give it a 0 star I would terrible customer service terrible management and left me on hold for 30 minutes I have been buying from nothing Bundt cake for 4 years now and never had this issue I will be contacting corporate.
