Due the weekend snowstorm, I placed a call to this business on the morning of 01/11/25 to see if they would still honor and extend the time to claim the complimentary birthday bundtlet. It was explained to the young man I spoke to (no name provided) that I was unable to claim the cake on the last day (1/10) because their store was closed due to the snowstorm. I asked to speak to the manager so he placed me on hold. When he returned he told me that his manager told him to tell me that when the coupon expired there was nothing they could do. Again, the store was closed because of the snowstorm. Following what the manager told him, he proceeded to give me their company’s email address to further inquire as to what I should do. Again, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was busy. I visited the store and asked a young lady for the manager. I spoke to someone named Jacob who identified himself as being the manager. I explained my situation to him surrounding the complimentary birthday cake that I was unable to claim on the last day (1/10) because they were closed due to the snowstorm. I further explained that I called the store earlier this morning and requested to speak to him, but was told by way of another employee that he was busy. I told Jacob that at this point I was beyond getting a cake, that it was more about him not being able to take a 2-3 minute phone call to address a concern that I as a paying customer had that was troubling. Jacob said his reason for not taking my call was because he was baking a cake. I supported this business with my patronage for the past few years. One thing Jacob as a manager and Nothing Bundt Cakes as a whole needs to understand is this company would cease to exist were it not for me and customers like me that spend our money with this company. This is a basic, but very important concept. And it’s very apparent that Jacob doesn’t understand that concept. Jacob did not even make an attempt to resolve matters with me. In fact, he was quite dismissive. He could really use some training in how to have better customer relations and how to provide better customer service. As customer, I was made to feel like my business wasn’t valued. And that is without a doubt a recipe for a business’s decline. It was very clear he never gave a second thought to the idea of what he could possibly do to keep me as a customer. There was a time when the success or failure of a business depended upon word of mouth, but now we have the internet. Nothin Bundt Cakes you are not too big to fail. And for this reason, I will no longer support this business with my money and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Order a cake for Xmas and it was horrible it had a weird smell and tasted horrible I cut three guests a piece and they all said the same thing so I waited for them to open today to take the whole cake back to the store to show/tell them about my experience which was a whole cake only like 10% missing just for the rude manager to tell me nothing is wrong with the cake it don’t smell funny so I’m not giving u a refund I’m like I’m the customer so if I say something is wrong then it wrong she said noo then I said I brought the cake back she said well come pick it up I was very disappointed with how she acted on the phone and I will never be ordering another cake from them and advise you to do the same

My son came in there for an interview today. He said that the hiring manager was very rude to him from the moment he said hello and he was made to feel discriminated against due to his race. I would call her out by name, but she didn't even give him the respect of giving her name to him audibly.
He said she was not interesting in listening or speaking with him during the interview. Not to mention how she continually cut him off and told him that he didn't have requirements, that weren't even listed on the job description.
I called up there and asked to speak with the Manager who was performing interviews today. If I'm not mistaken the Cashier referred to her as Molly. She told the cashier to tell me 'she didn't have time to talk today, to email her instead'.
If you are in this area, do not patronize this person who anyone else who thinks its okay to mistreat people for any reason.

This location has the WORST customer service. This specfic location makes the franchise look bad. They have no type of professionalism. I had a horrible experience purchasing a cake for a friends birthday. I was harassed about $20 bill b/c clearly they can’t identify money. Long story short they took my money & didn’t apologize because they didn’t do their job properly. I did the survey and the mgrs response was very condescending. So with that being said I will never come to this location.

As soon as I entered the store I received a fake hello from the two A.American girls with the baby hairs and tiny braids at the counter and I received the stank face look. They were judging me by my appearance. Although I was clean and smelled fine lol.
Then asked me to verify the order I was picking up, which is fine, but as I was checking to make sure the order matched what was in the app, one of them began looking back at the other girl, looking all funny and nasty. Acting like I wanted to steal somebody’s food. I don’t want those nasty dry cupcakes y’all serve.
They tried to fake their niceness but their face, and their eyes couldn’t hide their disdain for me, even though I came in speaking warmly, but because I’m not dressed up, have on jeans and a jacket, and my nails aren’t done, and I have a black turban on, isn’t an excuse to judge someone.
People don’t know what someone is going through. This world. I hope they learn one day not to judge a book by its cover because you never know what situation you, or someone you care about could be in one day.
