I can see why they have so many one star reviews. The customer service is horrible. I came in for the first time and was the only one in the store with a friend. Nobody asked if we were ready. However, when another couple came in Muna H asked if they were ready. I walked up to the register, thinking she meant us because we have been waiting, and she told us to go over to the other register where nobody was at. I made a complaint to their website and still no word. I rather not eat their cakes again.

Went in to pick up an 10” cake and some personal mini ones. I was turned down all because I didn’t have a card with a chipped to pay for my order over $50 dollars. The young guy then stated if you don’t have cash you can’t continue with your purchase. Very rude! I won’t be coming back.

My son came in for an interview and was told by Molly that she was concerned his appearance would not make the customers comfortable (he has an afro). He said if his hair was a concern for food safety (which she did not mention at all) he can tie it down and/or wear a hat. Molly, who was wearing a hat at the time, said that hats were not allowed. She could have atleast disguised her prejudice as saying it was a concern for food safety but I'm glad she showed her true colors. I will never patronize this location nor recommend it to anyone.

The WORST experience with the Snellville, GA location! My brother and SIL from San Antonio, TX sent me a dozen bundtinis for my birthday via Nothing Bundt Cakes online for the Snellville location. Apparently, this location hired the delivery out to some local delivery company, not sure which so I won't guess. The delivery guy delivered my box of bundtinis at 10:45 am while it was raining. The box was not wrapped in plastic nor was it placed in a plastic bag; the driver placed the box on the wet porch. He went on to knock ( two taps) on the glass outer door then stood back and took a pic and left. There is a glowing RING DOORBELL that would've let us know that a delivery was made. My Birthday Bundtinis sat on the wet porch from 10:45am until just before midnight when I was scrolling through the Ring doorbell images. I called the Snellville location the next day and team lead Jacob says it was the delivery driver's responsibility to place the box in a plastic bag. JACOB, it was RAINING when the driver picked it up from your location!!! YOU should've put it in a plastic bag!! SO FOR MY BIRTHDAY, I GOT A SOGGY BOX OF SOGGY Bundtinis. I asked Jacob for the manager's name and he gives me two first names telling me he's not required to provide his managers last names. THANKS FOR NOTHING nothing bundt cakes!!

Love this place. My favorite is the confetti cake. And Red Velvet. And the seasonal flavors. I try to get these any occasion I can think of. Cakes are always very moist. Generous amount of frosting, I scoop some of it off because I could just use a drizzle but my kids LOVE it! A++

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Nothing But Bundt Cake on Secnic Hwy. in Snellville, GA that has compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. Firstly, I found it utterly unnescessary and inconvenient that I was required to present my ID when picking up a cake I had ordered online, even though I had the online receipt with me, told them my name and the flavor cake. This only contradicted the convenience that online ordering is supposed to offer. To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered from the so called manager was nothing short of abysmal. When I tried to address my concerns with the manager, hoping for a resolution, I was met with the same level of unhelpfulness. The staff displayed a lack of empathy and willingness to assist, which made the entire process very difficult. manager's dismissive attitude only exacerbated my frustration and left me questioning the competence and commitment to customer satisfaction at this particular Nothing But Bundt Cake. I had my identification, and I would appreciate an explanation as to why it was necessary. Additionally, I realized that picking up a cake for my son a few weeks ago no ID was required. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied with the service but also reluctant to patronize a business that seems to prioritize unnecessary policies over a positive customer experience. I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement, as there's a clear need for a more customer-centric approach at this Nothing But Bundt Cake location. However, I will order and drive to Buford, GA to before going back to this store.

Why on earth are you guys requiring photo ID for cake pickups??? If I show you the active order tracker on my phone and show that it's paid for why do I have to prove my identity to Nothing Bundt Cake?! NOWHERE on their site does it say that ID is required to pick up an order. Do not order from here.
