The atmosphere was great and our server was awesome! She was very attentive even though she was super busy. The food was good too.

This restaurant has turned around: the service was excellent and the food was good. Our server Corey was very attentive and welcoming, and the manager made the effort to check with us to make sure we were delighted with our experience.

Everytime my son & I visit we have a GREAT experience! All of the staff we encounter are friendly. We especially LOVE Sade (who was our server today) & Adam. Both of them know my son by name & make him feel special. So much so that anytime I tell him we are going to the restaurant he excitedly says "to see Adam & Sade?" Food is great & great margaritas!

Management went above and beyond for us. We lost a invaluable piece of jewelry and the staff (manager James capers)had him and his staff turn the place upside down until it was found. They didn’t have to do that and they were more than willing.best customer service I’ve ever had

It was very good and our service was even better. They were very accommodating. Highly recommend! We sat at the bar I don't remember our servers name but it was this past Sunday.

Patrons beware! Please do not come to this location. This place is terrible when it comes to service. Matter of fact, the service is nonexistent. I brought my family here to enjoy dinner, but instead left infuriated. We were seated with ease by the hostess. The problem came, as we waited to be served. I don't want to go in full detail here, because I'm taking this issue up with the corporate office. I just want to forewarn everyone not to waist time at this location. Everything just seems unorganized and chaotic here, which is a direct reflection of the management.

The service was good and the manager was accommodating. The food was the problem. Whoever was working the seafood station needs more training. I ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon, which is usually pretty good. When it was brought out, it was overcooked and had to be sent back. One of the guests with me had the catfish and it was raw on the inside. Once the next piece of salmon came out, it looked okay. However, once I bit into it, it didn't taste too good, so I didn't finish it. Later that evening, I became sick-- I couldn't eat solid food for the next few days.

This location should receive ZERO stars but this one star can go to our waitress. We had a party of 11. Waited an hour which is understanding because we had no reservation. However, the disappointment is with the food. Told the waitress our daughter has a serious dairy allergy and food kept coming out with cheese on top!! She seriously had to wait while other children got to eat before her. The peach tea tasted different the two times it came out, bread came out after our entrees, salad appetizer were brought out at the end of dinner, one of our party member got her dinner after everyone had finished with theirs and her steak was frozen in the middle. All of this took 3 hours!! To top all this manager could only give us a coupon for future purchase. We will not be coming back.

waited for greeter to show up for 5 minutes to be seated... not busy. slow service, rolls were not like they use to be... but food was good...

Walked in and waited quite a while and no greeter ever showed up, I could of taken their iPhone which was charging on the table. My wife and I then grabbed menus and sat ourselves in the bar and constantly we were passed by by the bartender/server. We got up to leave and I asked to speak to the manager and stated that he lost our business and he basically had no response. Pretty ridiculous for a very slow Tuesday night. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and were greeted and served within minutes.

Usually I love Ocharleys. This was my first time at this location but I was not pleased and probably won't come here again. Let me first say my server was AMAZING. I wish I could remember her name. This is why they get 3 stars. My issue came with the food. There were 4 of us and only 1 of us liked the food. My daughter had the ribs but she only bit them and said they didn't taste fresh and refused to eat anymore. I had the sirloin which I requested medium but it came out raw. It was so tough I could not even cut it. Sent it back and asked them to cook it medium well. It still came back rare. Had to take it home to cook it myself.

We came for my stepdaughters birthday and had a blast! The food was good and our waitress/manager James was the bomb! We are definitely coming back..

Great service. My waiter was excellent. Actually I say the food was good and hot. And my server was excellent.

Thank you so much for honoring us veterans. I really appreciated the hospitality... That low country shrimp dish is AMAZING!!!
