Do not bother joining the wait-list online. The hostess obviously doesn't know how the process works and didn't actually add me until I arrived, giving me the same wait time that a person not already on the wait-list received. Do not advertise a wait-list when you won't honor the process. I have two young children and we had been in the car all day, so I knew their patience was running thin and waiting in a crowded restaurant for a table was a bad idea. That is why I utilized the wait list. Now, I am sitting in the crowded waiting room with two young kids driving me insane when I should be sitting at a table.

Poor management experience today. The restaurant mixed up Ziosk devices and another table paid our bill. Instead of correcting their mistake, the manager asked us to pay the difference to the other customers in cash and cover the other table’s meal, which was completely unreasonable since it was the restaurant’s fault. Our server, Kayla, was amazing, but management ruined the experience.

The food overall was great, however my girlfriend's steak order was wrong.. She asked for medium well.. They served well done.. We sent that back.. My fries were hot cold and warm.. everything else was served as it should be.. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice..

We come here about once a month and this is the third time we have had a not so great experience. Our server Symeon was alright, but the food was not. The restaurant was incredibly slow, it was a Thursday night around 7pm when we sat down. Two of our steak meals were incredibly salty, one was not edible and we had to send it back. When they brought out a new one it really wasn’t much better. Two sides of broccoli we ordered were still incredibly crunchy and hard to chew. Our server seemed in a hurry and cut two of us off while ordering. He also rang up one order incorrectly and brought out shrimp instead of chicken so she had to wait even longer for her food. The female manager on duty sat at the bar watching the tv for at least 40 minutes while we were there. She did stop by the table when we sent a steak back and apologized but didn’t let us know her name, nor did she offer anything else despite seeing only one of us had food at the table. I also went to the restroom during our visit and it was completely trashed. Things all over the floor. None of the three stalls had toilet paper inside of the holders. Two stalls had it sitting on the toilet, and one had rough brown paper tri-fold hand towels in it, and nothing else. Absolutely unacceptable for what they charge for dinner, and when they’re incredibly slow. It was more frustrating that the manager had nothing better to do than watch tv while the restaurant was in such disarray. We will not be returning to this location.

We came in for dessert. We order coffee and the cookie and ice cream. It was delicious. Wish there was more ice cream on top but other than that it wS great. We sat at the bar and was served right away. The Lady Bartender is always there and does a great job.
