Food great as usual however when I arrived to pick up my mobile order the staff acted like they didn't see me and helped others behind me and the store was disgusting messy tables and floor I'll probably just order from another location next time

Great customer service. Clean. Dine or take out. Delivery services can go to the register to pickup orders. Parking can be limited at times.

This store has to figure out a better way to receive their deliveries. The Gorden truck comes and blocks the entire road as if people are not supposed to drive there. I should not have to detour to get to work because panda is receiving a delivery the truck driver needs to figure out how to pull up so that other cars are able to pass by. Those lanes are not made for one way traffic. This is happening too often now.

I had a fantastic experience at Panda Restaurant in Scenic Highway today. I accidentally ordered orange chicken instead of sesame chicken through the mobile app, which was a problem because my son won’t eat anything spicy. After getting home and realizing the mistake, I decided to take a chance and return to the store, hoping for a solution. I know that returning food can sometimes be tricky, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was.

Giselle, who assisted me, was incredibly understanding and made the situation so much better. She kindly allowed me to keep the orange chicken and gave me the sesame chicken I had originally intended to order, all with a smile and a friendly attitude. Her professionalism and courtesy made all the difference.

On top of that, the store was spotless, and it’s clear that the management has done a great job maintaining high standards. Thanks to the excellent customer service and overall experience, Panda Restaurant will definitely become a regular stop for my meals. Highly recommend!

It might have been a decent experience but for my understanding orange chicken is one of their major Sellers and really the only thing I really like and eat there I went in at almost 6:00 not very many people in the restaurant medium and yet they did not have any orange chicken and they said it would probably be a half an hour before they had any ready. Wow I left I wanted orange chicken I thought that was one of their biggest sellers so it's very confusing why they wouldn't have that on constant rotation sounds like poor planning or management. Oh well

Zion Green

Terrible staff one young lady likes to curse and complain about her job. The other front of house staff are easily overwhelmed with orders and are very rude. I order and had them prepare my food, for them to have them ignore me for 15 minutes afterwards. Then when someone else in line behind me cut me to pay they told me that I should have said something. I don’t think thats an appropriate way to speak to someone. I will be calling corporate.

Nguyen was very rude, the manger who is standing next to him asked if I wanted an Appetizer there was only 2 and an order is three so I asked if I could get a discount. Nguyen gave me a very forceful NO. More of the Appetizer came out so I got them when I got to the register Nguyen did not ask if I wanted a drink or condiments he just told me my total. I said wow I wanted a drink and some teriyaki sause, he goes to hand me a small cut with an attitude. I told him nevermind, he then snatched the 50 bill out of my hand. I ask where the manager was and come to find out she witnessed all of this and said or did nothing. Now the cook in the back came forward and asked if he was ok. Never in all my Panda Express years have I ever been treated as such!!
