Stay away from this location!! This was my first time eating at this location and I was extremely disappointed. I got the honey walnut shrimp and it’s considered a premium meat however it tasted spoiled and very fishy. It was also not cleaned properly when you remove the breading. Also there was a chunks of rice that were ice cold when biting into them and there was a curly strand of hair found embedded in my rice. I am absolutely livid and disgusted. This place clearly does not care about proper food care.

Please be careful when you prepare or cook the food. This was online order. Thank God I did not eat that piece. It would hurt my throat! I always buy from you guys and I like the food but just be extra careful next time. Thanks.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten Panda Express but you know how it is when you get something in your head and can’t let it go? So here I am. I ordered online and received a 20% coupon for my first online order. I picked up my order which consisted of fried rice & chow mein, kung pao chicken, orange chicken and broccoli beef. The Snellville Panda Express was clean on the inside and all the food looking freshly made. The food was still reasonably warm when I got home which was about 10 minuets later. First thing I noticed was the size of the portions. It was nothing like I remembered. The size of the meal container looked like one of those small take away boxes you’d expect to get for side dishes and the broccoli beef probably measured out to be about 1/4 cup total. The food was OK, but just didn’t have that same good flavor I remember. I’m glad I got the 20% discount on my lunch today and that Panda Express will no longer be taking up space in my head.

The service was good and it’s nice and clean 💯👩🏽‍💻the food just was too sweet and not enough meat it was more pineapples and veggies 🥗 in my plate for $17 I just prefer more meat ! Maybe 🤔 it was just the meat I ordered . The guava tea was good tho ! Overall I’ll give it another try since the lady was so nice and provided a good customer experience!!!

This store has to figure out a better way to receive their deliveries. The Gorden truck comes and blocks the entire road as if people are not supposed to drive there. I should not have to detour to get to work because panda is receiving a delivery the truck driver needs to figure out how to pull up so that other cars are able to pass by. Those lanes are not made for one way traffic. This is happening too often now.

I had a fantastic experience at Panda Restaurant in Scenic Highway today. I accidentally ordered orange chicken instead of sesame chicken through the mobile app, which was a problem because my son won’t eat anything spicy. After getting home and realizing the mistake, I decided to take a chance and return to the store, hoping for a solution. I know that returning food can sometimes be tricky, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was.

Giselle, who assisted me, was incredibly understanding and made the situation so much better. She kindly allowed me to keep the orange chicken and gave me the sesame chicken I had originally intended to order, all with a smile and a friendly attitude. Her professionalism and courtesy made all the difference.

On top of that, the store was spotless, and it’s clear that the management has done a great job maintaining high standards. Thanks to the excellent customer service and overall experience, Panda Restaurant will definitely become a regular stop for my meals. Highly recommend!

It might have been a decent experience but for my understanding orange chicken is one of their major Sellers and really the only thing I really like and eat there I went in at almost 6:00 not very many people in the restaurant medium and yet they did not have any orange chicken and they said it would probably be a half an hour before they had any ready. Wow I left I wanted orange chicken I thought that was one of their biggest sellers so it's very confusing why they wouldn't have that on constant rotation sounds like poor planning or management. Oh well
